Luxury 1 bedroom apartment within Christina Hilltop Apartments complex. The apartment is stylishly furnished to a very high standard and is located just 10-15 mins walk downhill to the village square of Peyia where you will find supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas.
The complex has a shared swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms. Landscaped gardens and private allocated parking space.
The golden sandy beaches of Coral Bay are less than 10 minutes drive away, here you will find a range of water sports by day and a lively atmosphere by night. If going out is not for you, there is nowhere better to sit and take in the fantastic vista than on your own balcony with a glass of wine or bottle of cold beer. Then for the more active holiday maker there is a well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi
Golf courses are of a high standard and are only a short drive away or venture further afield to the fantastic Troodos mountains. Paphos is only a 20 mins drive with its beautiful harbour, restaurants and old town.

The apartment has two large balconies, one with a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining, plus 2 sun loungers for you to sunbathe in private. The second balcony has a 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table for you to relax and watch the breathtaking sunsets whilst enjoying a drink.
Both balconies offer fantastic sea views.
There is a large shared pool with room for sun loungers, gym, sauna, jacuzzi bath, showers and changing room.
Further details
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking, with the final payment 6 weeks prior to departure. Also a £100 breakage deposit is required with the final payment and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure upon final inspection of the apartment.
For stays of 10 days or more, linen and towels will be changed mid stay. A free standard welcome pack will also be given for stays of 7 days or more. For shorter stays these are available for a small charge.

Paphos area is complete as a holiday destination. There is everything to suit your type of holiday.
If you are looking for a lively holiday then there are waterparks, watersports, boat trips, old town shopping & market, harbour side restaurants by day, lively bars & nightclubs at night.
For a more relaxing holiday, the beach at Coral Bay is beautiful with its golden sands as is the local countryside with rugged mountain scenery and quiet secluded coves.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia is a quiet, traditional village, with lovely tavernas, bars, restaurants, 3 supermarkets and a fantastic bakery!. It is a great base from which to travel if you want to go further afield. There are many historical sites in the area, Aphrodites rock for example.
The nearby traditional village of Kathacas boasts its own winery - Savvas winery - which offers tours of its museum and free samples!
Golf courses are plentiful and to a high standard.
Skiing is available during winter months in the Troodos mountains, this is only 1hour 15 mins away, you could be on the slopes in the morning and on the beach in the afternoon!
And of course the weather is lovely all year round.

Arrival in Cyprus:
Car hire is recommended for the duration of your stay in Peyia (or Pegia as it's sometimes called) due to its location.
There are plenty of car hire companies to choose from prior to your arrival in Paphos. If you prefer not to pick up your hire car at the airport, our Property Management Company can arrange to pick you up at the airport and take you to the apartment. They will then pick you up at a convenient time and take you to the Hire Car company they frequently use.
From Paphos you can follow the coast road north, until you see signs for Peyia about 12km north of Paphos, then 3km up the hill to the village centre. Although there are taxis and buses, car hire is the best way to travel - and as they drive on the left, easy for UK guests. Full directions will be given prior to departure.
A new bus service has been introduced from Paphos Airport to Coral Bay at a cost of 3 Euros for adults. For departure times see http://www.pafosbuses.com/cyprus/busroute/15
On arrival at the apartment, depending on the time of day or night, we will arrange for you to be met by our local property management company or the keys will be locked in a key safe on the wall outside the main entrance door. We will inform you of the combination prior to departure for your stay with us. If you have opted to be met at the airport, the person meeting you will have the keys to let you into the apartment and explain how things work.
We can also arrange for a welcome pack to be put in the apartment so you have some refreshments and food available when you arrive, this can be paid for locally with the management company.

What can I say, what you see is what you get. Elaine is so organised that there is nothing she hasn't thought of to make the holiday just perfect. The apartment is well equiped and the decor fresh and bright and very clean. It is in an excellent location for touring around the island and the views from the balconies down to the sea are lovely. There are no shortage of resturants and bars for eating out as well as supermarkets if you prefer to eat in on Elaine's well appointed balconies which we did on a couple of occassions. The pool is only two minutes walk from the apartment and although we were there at the end of August during school holidays, several times we had the pool to ourselves. My teenage grandson even went swimming late into the evening as the pool is nicely floodlit. There are plenty of DVD's and books for quiet evenings in and lots of brochures showing places of interest to browse through. As it was hotter than even I had expected it to be, all I can say is thank goodness for the ceiling fans and air conditioning and the undercover parking. Finally having hired a car from the airport, Elaine arranged for Dimi from the management company to meet us on the outskirts of Paphos to lead us to the apartment, issue the keys and show us around the apartment. He was very helpful and even arranged the mid stay clean to fit in with our plans. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and rest assured I will be returning as soon as possible. Beautiful apartment set around 25 minutes drive outside Paphos up slightly into the mountains. Apartment was very well appointed, exceptionally clean and very comfortable which sleeps 4 people (although there were only 3 of us staying this time) and would do very easily. Very quiet location and, although we were in a first floor apartment, you didn't feel you were being overlooked by anyone. Everything was spotlessly clean and the owner seemed to think of absolutely everything you might need. We were met by the Property Manager very late at night with absolutely no problem and we followed him to the property where he spent time showing us how everything worked and making sure we were happy. Because it was late, we could see lots of twinkly lights down the hill but not much more. When we woke up in the morning and opened our curtains, we got the full "Wow" factor - you could see right down to the sea completely unobstructed and it was stunning. The air conditioning was also a God-send. We have stayed at James Villas before and it wasn't as good as this apartment was. The owner could not have been more helpful and made sure before, during and after the holiday, that we were happy with everything. We will be going back! We spent our holidays in this apartment last year and liked it so much that we chose it again for our honeymoon this year. We had a splendid time there. The apartment is very cosy and offers everything you need in your holidays (aircon, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of space). Its location is awesome and you have a fantastic view from the two patios over the village and out to the sea. The property managers are very helpful. If you have any questions concerning your stay, you always have their ear. We definately want to come back and warmly recommend the apartment to everyone.

We have just returned from Christina Hilltop Apartment 9 owned by a really nice lady called Elaine. Well what can we say. Elaine is so organised she sent us all the imformation of where the apartment was, and how everything worked in the apartment. We have been on plenty of holidays and we have never had anyone as organised and as helpful as Elaine. We arrived at Cyprus late at night, and Elaine had arranged for her property manager Dimi to meet us and take us to the apartment and show us how things worked. We could ring Dimi anytime if we needed his help during our stay. We only contacted him once to arrange the day and time for the cleaning lady to come and clean, but everything was so spotless, and anything at all that you may have needed Elaine had got it. We had a powercut one night and there was plenty of candles. It was luxury inside the apartment, but the wow factor was on the two balconies. The view was breathtaking, we have never had a view like it. It was stunning and so pretty at night too. The pool wasn"t overlooked, but we went for our swim early evening and had it to ourselves. You need a car if you stay at this apartment, there are plenty of places to go and visit. We have stayed at Cyprus twice before but never as high up as this apartment. We will definately be returning.Thank you for a great holiday, and we have treasured memories that won't be forgotten.

I know you won't get this e-mail until you get back but I thought I would drop you a quick line anyway to say what a lovely time we had and how beautiful your apartment was. We have stayed in various accommodations throughout Europe over the years (including a "Best of James" James Villa) and only one was as well equipped and comfortable as yours was. Even our stroppy teenager thought it was lovely - praise indeed!
There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable indeed - even the shower was lovely (usually the thing that lets a lot of places down) and we would love to use it again. I couldn't believe how quiet it was though
considering it was the start of the holiday season in Scotland - not that we were complaining right enough.
The other thing I have to mention was Dimi - he was so lovely! We were late getting out of the airport because it took so long to get the car sorted out - despite having booked it the same time as the flights - but he waited
patiently for us and took us straight to the apartment and showed us how everything worked. Then, on our last day, he sent us a text hoping we had had a good time and wishing us a safe journey home. Very much appreciated.

We have recently returned from a fantastic first holiday in Cyprus where we stayed in an extremely well equipped apartment. Elaine the owner arranged for us to be met and guided to the apartment. Michael showed us round and explained how everything worked. A nice touch we thought.
We were provided with a welcome pack including bread, milk, butter, cold meat etc. Oh! and a bottle of wine. First things first we thought and it was straight out onto one of the two spacious balconies where the substantial furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed the open views towards the Mediterranean with a glass of wine as the sun went down.
The apartment was very comfortable and over breakfast on the balcony we reviewed the information Elaine provided prior to our trip and planned the day.
Set high on the hillside away from any bustle the apartment, situated on northwest edge of Peyia is in an excellent location for touring and sightseeing around the region by car; don’t miss the villages of Kathikas, Arodes and Inia. The beach at Coral Bay is only 5km and the excellent long and uncrowded beaches at Lachi and Polis are 20km – don’t forget to go just a little further than Latchi to visit the Baths of Aphrodite and on your return explore the charming centre of Polis.

We really enjoyed our holiday in your apartment last month. It was very well equiped and the views from the balconies across the countryside and down to the sea were super. We did have a problem with the water heater which was a bit of a pain, but it was dealt with by your local agents without delay.
We certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend your apartment to anyone and hopefully they would enjoy their stay as much as we did.

We have not long returned from Cyprus 10th-20th November where we stayed at Chritina Hilltop Apartments. Elaine, the owner, was excellent prior to the holiday informing us of everything we needed or asked. We were met in Paphos on the way from the airport and then shown the way to the apartment which was very handy as it was dark. Arriving at the apartment we had been left an excellent "welcome pack" which was great. The apartment itself was fantastic with brilliant views from the 2 very sizeable balconies which were also excellently furnished as was the rest of the apartment. As it was mid-November we weren't sure what the weather would be like but it was very warm (about 25C) throughout our stay with it being sunny by 8 am and sunny all the time - albeit obviously the days being short (it was dark about 5pm but still the evenings warm). As we had a car we got around the island a fair bit and nowhere was more than a couple of hours away and Coral Bay just 5-10 minutes drive. Once we arrived home Elaine contacted us and made sure everything had been ok and immediately refunded our deposit. Thanks Elaine for a most pleasant late Autumn holiday and we look forward to hopefully returning in the future.
