Luxury 1 bedroom apartment within Christina Hilltop Apartments complex. The apartment is stylishly furnished to a very high standard and is located just 10-15 mins walk downhill to the village square of Peyia where you will find supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas.

The complex has a shared swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms. Landscaped gardens and private allocated parking space.

The golden sandy beaches of Coral Bay are less than 10 minutes drive away, here you will find a range of water sports by day and a lively atmosphere by night. If going out is not for you, there is nowhere better to sit and take in the fantastic vista than on your own balcony with a glass of wine or bottle of cold beer. Then for the more active holiday maker there is a well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi

Golf courses are of a high standard and are only a short drive away or venture further afield to the fantastic Troodos mountains. Paphos is only a 20 mins drive with its beautiful harbour, restaurants and old town.

Bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, wall mirror, 2 sets of fitted wardrobes, hair-dryer and hair-straightners. With spectacular views and access to the 2 balconies. Beach towels are also provided.

Bathroom with bath/shower combination, WC , wash basin.

Fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and all utensils, crockery and glasses for 4 people.

All rooms have dual air-conditioning/heating units. The apartment is suitable for those who are looking for a luxurious holiday venue.

The apartment has two large balconies, one with a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining, plus 2 sun loungers for you to sunbathe in private. The second balcony has a 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table for you to relax and watch the breathtaking sunsets whilst enjoying a drink.

Both balconies offer fantastic sea views.

There is a large shared pool with room for sun loungers, gym, sauna, jacuzzi bath, showers and changing room.

Further details

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking, with the final payment 6 weeks prior to departure. Also a £100 breakage deposit is required with the final payment and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure upon final inspection of the apartment.

For stays of 10 days or more, linen and towels will be changed mid stay. A free standard welcome pack will also be given for stays of 7 days or more. For shorter stays these are available for a small charge.

The Paphos region

Paphos area is complete as a holiday destination. There is everything to suit your type of holiday.
If you are looking for a lively holiday then there are waterparks, watersports, boat trips, old town shopping & market, harbour side restaurants by day, lively bars & nightclubs at night.

For a more relaxing holiday, the beach at Coral Bay is beautiful with its golden sands as is the local countryside with rugged mountain scenery and quiet secluded coves.

The Peyia / Peyia Village area

Peyia is a quiet, traditional village, with lovely tavernas, bars, restaurants, 3 supermarkets and a fantastic bakery!. It is a great base from which to travel if you want to go further afield. There are many historical sites in the area, Aphrodites rock for example.

The nearby traditional village of Kathacas boasts its own winery - Savvas winery - which offers tours of its museum and free samples!

Golf courses are plentiful and to a high standard.

Skiing is available during winter months in the Troodos mountains, this is only 1hour 15 mins away, you could be on the slopes in the morning and on the beach in the afternoon!

And of course the weather is lovely all year round.

Arrival in Cyprus:

Car hire is recommended for the duration of your stay in Peyia (or Pegia as it's sometimes called) due to its location.

There are plenty of car hire companies to choose from prior to your arrival in Paphos. If you prefer not to pick up your hire car at the airport, our Property Management Company can arrange to pick you up at the airport and take you to the apartment. They will then pick you up at a convenient time and take you to the Hire Car company they frequently use.

From Paphos you can follow the coast road north, until you see signs for Peyia about 12km north of Paphos, then 3km up the hill to the village centre. Although there are taxis and buses, car hire is the best way to travel - and as they drive on the left, easy for UK guests. Full directions will be given prior to departure.

A new bus service has been introduced from Paphos Airport to Coral Bay at a cost of 3 Euros for adults. For departure times see http://www.pafosbuses.com/cyprus/busroute/15

On arrival at the apartment, depending on the time of day or night, we will arrange for you to be met by our local property management company or the keys will be locked in a key safe on the wall outside the main entrance door. We will inform you of the combination prior to departure for your stay with us. If you have opted to be met at the airport, the person meeting you will have the keys to let you into the apartment and explain how things work.

We can also arrange for a welcome pack to be put in the apartment so you have some refreshments and food available when you arrive, this can be paid for locally with the management company.

“Wonderful stress free break in Peyia Cyprus” Elaine planning and organisation was exceptional from start of the booking to the finish, apartment has everything you need for your stay, the apartment offers fantastic views comfortable external seating and dining tables watching a fantastic sunset every day. Something we don't get to appreciate in the UK. The tavernas and bars in Peyia offer you good food and Cyprus hospitality everything you would want. If you hire a car the surrounding area has many cultural historical places well worth a visit and the mountains offer a great escape from the many hot days experienced. “Lovely apartment with wonderful views” We (with my husband) spent in apartment excellent two weeks of our holiday on Cyprus. We were really very satisfied with equipment, the apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is good equipped and enough, maybe some more crockery could help, but it was O.K. We appreciated very much two terraces and also we enjoyed our evenings on balcony with wonderful views on the see in the distance. In conclusion we were really very satisfied, we would like to visit this apartment again and I can truly recommend this apartment for everybody who is looking for nice and comfortable accommodation. “Great Peyia apartment” We considered a few apartments in Peyia, but then stumbled upon this one, and the booking process was swift and very well organised. We were taking this holiday at fairly short notice, but we received confirmation and all necessary information in good time. Before travelling, we received comprehensive instructions about the apartment and its facilities, and also details of bars and restaurants in Peyia and surrounding areas. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, even down to cooler bags for taking lunch/water out with you (very necessary in the heat while we were there this past couple of weeks). There is a TV, but not many channels available in English, apart from the BBC World News, but a DVD player is provided, with a good choice of films. Also a good choice of books to read. And plenty of information and maps to help you plan your trips and eating out. There is even an iPod/MP3 dock and speakers. We were met by the property manager at a pre-arranged location and followed him to the apartment, where we were shown how to operate certain items of equipment, before being left to enjoy our stay. We also had a welcome pack provided, which was free as we had booked two weeks. Bed linen and towels were changed half way through the stay. The only downside, in my opinion, was that the apartment was next to the road, and although not constant, it was noticeable, especially when the Cypriot boy-racers chased up the hill. Mind you, we did spend most of the time out and about, so it wasn't a huge problem. Oh, and wi-fi would have been good, but we managed without, and didn't suffer too much! A couple of the bars in Peyia have free wi-fi so we managed to check emails (and whether we'd won the Lottery!) on a few occasions throughout the holiday, but it was quite nice being incommunicado for a while. And the hill!! It is quite a climb from the town to the apartments, so you need to be quite fit. We did the walk-down-and-back-up a couple of times, then resorted to the car!! “Great appartment in Peyia” This is the second time we have stayed in Elaine's lovely appartment in Peyia which is recommendation in itself. The appartment is spacious and very tasteful with two wonderful balconies with spectacular views to the coast. The appartment complex has been quiet on both our trips in May 2012 and June 2011 and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Equally however we have found it an ecxcellent base for getting out and about and experiencing all Cyprus has to offer. We usually have had the pool to ourselves, but in May it was a bit bracing! Elaine provides some really good recommendations for days out and also local resturants which are great and really good value, particularly so in the village. There really in an excellent choice of resturants the only issue you will have is deciding which one to sample on a given night. If you are looking for an appartment holday in this part of Cyprus I would thoroughly recommend Elaine's appartment. Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed your holiday and the apartment. “You won't be disappointed here” We stayed at this apartment over Easter and were very pleased with every aspect of our vacation at Christiana Hilltop Apartments. I sent a booking request late one night and it had been confirmed, paid for and a contract e mailed the next day! Elaine is extremely organised the whole booking process gave me confidence that our stay in her apartment would be trouble free and so it transpired. Arrangements were made for Demi the property manager to meet us just outside Paphos to guide us up to the apartment, give us the keys and explain how everything worked he said we could contact him day or night and best of all left a great bottle of red wine in the grocery pack! I cannot think of a single thing we needed which was not in the apartment it was very well equipped even with picnic sets and cool bag, hair straightners, some good new DVD's and games. Elaine e mailed some suggested day trips and recommendations for restaurants in the village which we did take up and enjoy. You must have a car here but will be rewarded by being away from the crowds and a feeling of belonging to the local community when eating/drinking in the village and with fantastic views from the 2 outside terraces. The terraces were the main reason I choose the apartment as they provided great out door space for a 1 bed property and both had very comfortable furniture. One word of caution with regard to the terraces is that they are quite overlooked not a problem for us as it was early in the season and other apartments not rented however it could be a factor in high season. In summary it was obvious by the whole experience from start to finish that the owner wishes you to have an enjoyable vacation – Thanks Elaine we did and gladly recommend your home to others. “Fabulous Apartment, fabulous location, fabulous weather, fabulous holiday” What can I say, what you see is what you get. Elaine is so organised that there is nothing she hasn't thought of to make the holiday just perfect. The apartment is well equiped and the decor fresh and bright and very clean. It is in an excellent location for touring around the island and the views from the balconies down to the sea are lovely. There are no shortage of resturants and bars for eating out as well as supermarkets if you prefer to eat in on Elaine's well appointed balconies which we did on a couple of occassions. The pool is only two minutes walk from the apartment and although we were there at the end of August during school holidays, several times we had the pool to ourselves. My teenage grandson even went swimming late into the evening as the pool is nicely floodlit. There are plenty of DVD's and books for quiet evenings in and lots of brochures showing places of interest to browse through. As it was hotter than even I had expected it to be, all I can say is thank goodness for the ceiling fans and air conditioning and the undercover parking. Finally having hired a car from the airport, Elaine arranged for Dimi from the management company to meet us on the outskirts of Paphos to lead us to the apartment, issue the keys and show us around the apartment. He was very helpful and even arranged the mid stay clean to fit in with our plans. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and rest assured I will be returning as soon as possible. “FANTASTIC RELAXING APARTMENT IN BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE” Beautiful apartment set around 25 minutes drive outside Paphos up slightly into the mountains. Apartment was very well appointed, exceptionally clean and very comfortable which sleeps 4 people (although there were only 3 of us staying this time) and would do very easily. Very quiet location and, although we were in a first floor apartment, you didn't feel you were being overlooked by anyone. Everything was spotlessly clean and the owner seemed to think of absolutely everything you might need. We were met by the Property Manager very late at night with absolutely no problem and we followed him to the property where he spent time showing us how everything worked and making sure we were happy. Because it was late, we could see lots of twinkly lights down the hill but not much more. When we woke up in the morning and opened our curtains, we got the full "Wow" factor - you could see right down to the sea completely unobstructed and it was stunning. The air conditioning was also a God-send. We have stayed at James Villas before and it wasn't as good as this apartment was. The owner could not have been more helpful and made sure before, during and after the holiday, that we were happy with everything. We will be going back!
