Luxury 1 bedroom apartment within Christina Hilltop Apartments complex. The apartment is stylishly furnished to a very high standard and is located just 10-15 mins walk downhill to the village square of Peyia where you will find supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas.
The complex has a shared swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms. Landscaped gardens and private allocated parking space.
The golden sandy beaches of Coral Bay are less than 10 minutes drive away, here you will find a range of water sports by day and a lively atmosphere by night. If going out is not for you, there is nowhere better to sit and take in the fantastic vista than on your own balcony with a glass of wine or bottle of cold beer. Then for the more active holiday maker there is a well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi
Golf courses are of a high standard and are only a short drive away or venture further afield to the fantastic Troodos mountains. Paphos is only a 20 mins drive with its beautiful harbour, restaurants and old town.

Bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, wall mirror, 2 sets of fitted wardrobes, hair-dryer and hair-straightners. With spectacular views and access to the 2 balconies. Beach towels are also provided.
Bathroom with bath/shower combination, WC , wash basin.
Fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and all utensils, crockery and glasses for 4 people.
All rooms have dual air-conditioning/heating units. The apartment is suitable for those who are looking for a luxurious holiday venue.

The apartment has two large balconies, one with a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining, plus 2 sun loungers for you to sunbathe in private. The second balcony has a 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table for you to relax and watch the breathtaking sunsets whilst enjoying a drink.
Both balconies offer fantastic sea views.
There is a large shared pool with room for sun loungers, gym, sauna, jacuzzi bath, showers and changing room.
Further details
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking, with the final payment 6 weeks prior to departure. Also a £100 breakage deposit is required with the final payment and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure upon final inspection of the apartment.
For stays of 10 days or more, linen and towels will be changed mid stay. A free standard welcome pack will also be given for stays of 7 days or more. For shorter stays these are available for a small charge.

Paphos area is complete as a holiday destination. There is everything to suit your type of holiday.
If you are looking for a lively holiday then there are waterparks, watersports, boat trips, old town shopping & market, harbour side restaurants by day, lively bars & nightclubs at night.
For a more relaxing holiday, the beach at Coral Bay is beautiful with its golden sands as is the local countryside with rugged mountain scenery and quiet secluded coves.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia is a quiet, traditional village, with lovely tavernas, bars, restaurants, 3 supermarkets and a fantastic bakery!. It is a great base from which to travel if you want to go further afield. There are many historical sites in the area, Aphrodites rock for example.
The nearby traditional village of Kathacas boasts its own winery - Savvas winery - which offers tours of its museum and free samples!
Golf courses are plentiful and to a high standard.
Skiing is available during winter months in the Troodos mountains, this is only 1hour 15 mins away, you could be on the slopes in the morning and on the beach in the afternoon!
And of course the weather is lovely all year round.

Arrival in Cyprus:
Car hire is recommended for the duration of your stay in Peyia (or Pegia as it's sometimes called) due to its location.
There are plenty of car hire companies to choose from prior to your arrival in Paphos. If you prefer not to pick up your hire car at the airport, our Property Management Company can arrange to pick you up at the airport and take you to the apartment. They will then pick you up at a convenient time and take you to the Hire Car company they frequently use.
From Paphos you can follow the coast road north, until you see signs for Peyia about 12km north of Paphos, then 3km up the hill to the village centre. Although there are taxis and buses, car hire is the best way to travel - and as they drive on the left, easy for UK guests. Full directions will be given prior to departure.
A new bus service has been introduced from Paphos Airport to Coral Bay at a cost of 3 Euros for adults. For departure times see http://www.pafosbuses.com/cyprus/busroute/15
On arrival at the apartment, depending on the time of day or night, we will arrange for you to be met by our local property management company or the keys will be locked in a key safe on the wall outside the main entrance door. We will inform you of the combination prior to departure for your stay with us. If you have opted to be met at the airport, the person meeting you will have the keys to let you into the apartment and explain how things work.
We can also arrange for a welcome pack to be put in the apartment so you have some refreshments and food available when you arrive, this can be paid for locally with the management company.

Elaine planning and organisation was exceptional from start of the booking to the finish, apartment has everything you need for your stay, the apartment offers fantastic views comfortable external seating and dining tables watching a fantastic sunset every day. Something we don't get to appreciate in the UK. The tavernas and bars in Peyia offer you good food and Cyprus hospitality everything you would want. If you hire a car the surrounding area has many cultural historical places well worth a visit and the mountains offer a great escape from the many hot days experienced. We (with my husband) spent in apartment excellent two weeks of our holiday on Cyprus. We were really very satisfied with equipment, the apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is good equipped and enough, maybe some more crockery could help, but it was O.K. We appreciated very much two terraces and also we enjoyed our evenings on balcony with wonderful views on the see in the distance. In conclusion we were really very satisfied, we would like to visit this apartment again and I can truly recommend this apartment for everybody who is looking for nice and comfortable accommodation. We considered a few apartments in Peyia, but then stumbled upon this one, and the booking process was swift and very well organised. We were taking this holiday at fairly short notice, but we received confirmation and all necessary information in good time. Before travelling, we received comprehensive instructions about the apartment and its facilities, and also details of bars and restaurants in Peyia and surrounding areas. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, even down to cooler bags for taking lunch/water out with you (very necessary in the heat while we were there this past couple of weeks). There is a TV, but not many channels available in English, apart from the BBC World News, but a DVD player is provided, with a good choice of films. Also a good choice of books to read. And plenty of information and maps to help you plan your trips and eating out. There is even an iPod/MP3 dock and speakers. We were met by the property manager at a pre-arranged location and followed him to the apartment, where we were shown how to operate certain items of equipment, before being left to enjoy our stay. We also had a welcome pack provided, which was free as we had booked two weeks. Bed linen and towels were changed half way through the stay. The only downside, in my opinion, was that the apartment was next to the road, and although not constant, it was noticeable, especially when the Cypriot boy-racers chased up the hill. Mind you, we did spend most of the time out and about, so it wasn't a huge problem. Oh, and wi-fi would have been good, but we managed without, and didn't suffer too much! A couple of the bars in Peyia have free wi-fi so we managed to check emails (and whether we'd won the Lottery!) on a few occasions throughout the holiday, but it was quite nice being incommunicado for a while. And the hill!! It is quite a climb from the town to the apartments, so you need to be quite fit. We did the walk-down-and-back-up a couple of times, then resorted to the car!!
