This 2 bedroom luxury ground-floor apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to provide comfort along with a spacious and relaxed contemporary feel. The apartment is situated on the Andriana Exclusive Resort, perfectly positioned at the foot of Peyia village just 5 minutes drive from the parades and blue-flag beaches of Coral Bay.
The rear of the apartment looks out onto the Troodos Mountains. The Akamas Peninsula and Sea Caves are a short drive away. Paphos town can be reached in 20 minutes and Polis in about 30 minutes. Both Paphos and Coral Bay are popular for water sports. Other local activities include golf, fishing, go-karting, horse-riding and cycling. Peyia village centre is a short drive away or a 12 to 15 minute walk. Here you can eat at the popular restaurants, including the Peyia Tavern, Savvas Grill and Sophie's, or drink with locals in the friendly bars. For your shopping, there are well-equipped supermarkets and bakeries, a butcher and a fishmonger. A supermarket, bakery and bank are located within a short walking distance.

The Paphos District
Paphos is the principle town in western Cyprus and lends its name to the western region. The district is rich in historical and archaeological interest with its ancient mosaic floors and baths, and its Greek and Turkish architecture. The tourist areas of Paphos town are concentrated in the coastal areas of Kato Paphos and Paphos Harbour.
Paphos is an all-year-round holiday destination with around 340 days of sunshine per year. The long Summer season stretches from May to October and temperatures reach the high 30's (°C) in July and August, with nearly 12 hours of sunshine each day.
Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia is a traditional whitewashed village nestling in the foothills of the Troodos mountains within the Coral Bay area. Peyia is a peaceful village which has retained all of its original charm. Coral Bay is a popular holiday destination, having some of the best beaches in Cyprus and a lively atmosphere during daytime and evenings.
Peyia is conveniently located for exploring western Cyprus, offering direct access to the Akamas peninsula and the picturesque towns of Polis and Latchi in the North.
How to get there
Peyia is a 40 minute journey by car along the coast from Paphos International Airport.
We can arrange transport from the airport to the apartment or advise on car-hire. Detailed directions will be provided prior to departure. On arrival in Peyia, a representative will be available to guide you to the apartment and help you settle in.

The apartment has been furnished to accommodate 4 occupants in comfort but can also sleep families of 5 or 6 persons by means of a sofabed.
The open-plan living area comprises a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The living area is furnished with a dining table that seats 4 people, 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table and bookshelves, and features a flat screen television with satellite TV.
A doorway leads to the bathroom and sleeping accommodation. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and dressing table. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bathroom has a fitted shower head over the bath.
The living area and both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning units, which can be used for both cooling and heating.

The lounge and first bedroom both have double patio doors which open onto separate verandas. The lounge veranda is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and drinks. There are also 2 fold-down sun loungers. The verandas blend into a small garden area which is fenced, making the apartment child-friendly.
Andriana Exclusive Resort is a new (2009) purpose-built collection of luxury apartments occupying a tranquil location and offering superb features for the holiday-maker. The apartments face into a central area with landscaped gardens, two large swimming pools and sun terraces. Leisure facilities include a gym, jacuzzi and sauna. There are showering and changing facilities adjacent to the pool area.
