About the home

The apartment is in a small complex of three blocks, perfect for families and couples with mountains to the back for those who like walking. Peyia Village is just a 10 minute walk down the hill, with banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, tavernas, butchers and bakers.

It is only a 10 minute drive to Coral bay with its large selection of pubs and restaurants, a little further on and you come to Coral Bay beach (Blue Flag)

Further details indoors:
The apartment is fully equipped for four people to stay comfortably as there are four of everything. All instruction manuals for air-con, TV, washing machines, etc. are there for you.

Further details outdoors:
The swimming pool is just a few metres away as we are on the same level so this is a definite plus! Beside the pool there are showers outside as well as inside including changing rooms, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. There is no poolside bar at present.

There will be tea & coffee provided, any other items such as wine or food can be arranged at a cost.

Conditions

* Smoking is allowed on the veranda.
* The apartment is suitable for children under six.You will have to hire Cot,High chair etc.
* Refundable deposit of £100 for breakages, returned one week after inspection (extra cleaning such as over dirty * oven or BBQ will be deducted from deposit.)
* A 30% non-refundable deposit six weeks before departure is required.

The Paphos region

Coral Bay is the quieter side of Cyprus although it has so much to offer. Coral Bay itself has a good selection of restaurants from around the world and bars and tavernas. A short distance further on and you come to the Blue Flag Beach. There are two bars and somewhere to eat, and many water sports.

You can visit the Sea Caves or further up the coast on the E714 is the Turtle Hatchery. When you come out of Christina instead of turning left turn right and follow the Polis road this will take you on a fantastic drive though the mountains to the town of Polis which has nearby beaches.

The Peyia / Peyia Village area

The first place to see in Peyia Village is the church at its centre and below that the area where they hold weddings. There are a few pubs, the one we liked were The Mill and The Jail. Just down the hill is a real Greek Taverna called The Mediterranean which serves lovely food with a Chef who is also an artist who displays her work next door so do take a look!

It is recommended to hire a car before you leave, Eurocar has some good rates.

There are many airports in the UK and Europe that service Cyprus. Airlines such as B.A. Cyprus Airways,
Thomsons, Easyjet and Monarch. Pathos Airport is the nearest at only 30-40min drive, Larnaca Airport is about 90min drive.
