This brand new penthouse is located in the village of Peyia on the flagship complex of the developer, just a short drive from the beautiful beaches and clear Mediterranean Sea at Coral Bay.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen which includes fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave and washing machine.
The spacious lounge is equipped with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, 32" satellite television, DVD player, CD player and radio. The dining area seats six.
The apartment has three separate air conditioning units, one in each bedroom with a third in the lounge.
There are two terraces where there is a patio table, chairs and sunbeds. The terraces look out on to two swimming pools and have the most stunning views of the Coral Bay and Paphos coastline.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the dates.
The balance is payable one calendar month before commencement of the holiday.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is payable one calendar month before the commencement of the holiday and, subject to a satisfactory inspection, will be refunded within fourteen days from the end of the holiday.
Payments can be made in Sterling or Euros by cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or Paypal.
Conditions
A friendly property manager is on hand if you need anything during your stay. A comprehensive welcome book is in the apartment recommending restaurants, places of interest etc.
Meet and greet service is offered free of charge.
A small welcome pack is provided for your arrival. Larger welcome packs are available. Please enquire if you would like one.
If you are celebrating an anniversary, birthday or on honeymoon, please let us know.
If you need items for babies, we can supply these at a small additional charge.
The Paphos region


Whether you are a sunseeker, explorer or someone looking for a relaxing holiday with great scenery or an activity holiday with a great night life, This is the place for you. There are so many reasons to visit this beautiful part of Cyprus.
Beautiful countryside, a cosmopolitan resort, historic sights as well as sporting activities, the Paphos region (Pafos to the locals) has something for everyone at any time of the year.
Cyprus is fortunate to have one of the most agreeable climates in Europe, with 11 out of 12 months a year enjoying brilliant sunshine. The all year round climate makes it an excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
The Paphos district is an area on the Western side of the island. Its capital is Paphos which is now a charming little harbour town, with many tavernas where you can sit and watch the colourful fishing boats whilst enjoying a cool refreshing drink, a steaming Cypriot coffee or a mouth-watering meal.
There are 3 golf courses within a short drive and watersports can be found at Coral Bay and Paphos. The region is also popular for Cycling and walking holidays. Fishing and Boat cruises to suit all tastes are catered for from Paphos Harbour, but if the most energy you want to spend is whilst shopping and/or eating and drinking then this area will also suit you too.
The sandy beach at Coral Bay stretching within an enclosed bay is considered one of the best in Cyprus with its clear, clean and warm water of the Mediterranean sea.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia is located just a short drive from the famous beaches at Coral Bay and Paphos. The centre of the village is a short walk.
It has a large number of cafes and restaurants along the main road. These range from taverns, meze houses and traditional cafes, to themed restaurants. The village has a butchers, and fishmongers selling local produce and a bakery selling freshly made bread and cakes.
There is so much to see and do in the area Some of the places to visit are:
- Kato Paphos harbour castle
- Mosaics and buildings from the Roman period
- Tomb of the Kings
- Aphrodite's rock
- Adonis waterfall
- Akamas peninsula
But this list is far from exhaustive and guests will find many more exciting and interesting places themselves.
As well as the beaches at Coral Bay, Kato Paphos has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a water park in the area.
All in all, whatever kind of holiday you are looking for, you are catered for. From relaxing, sightseeing or to a full on activity holiday, this is it!

Peyia Village is approximately 35 minutes from Paphos airport and an hour from Larnaka airport. Most of the low cost airlines fly to these airports, including Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Thompsons, Cyprus airways and Monarch.
For those guests wishing to hire a car, we recommend www.travelsupermarket.com, www.holidayautos.co.uk or www.economycarhire.co.uk however "car hire at Paphos (or Larnaka) airport" in a search engine will bring up a variety of companies offering good deals. We have arranged a deal with a local car rental company at Paphos airport. We would be pleased to obtain a quote for you at the time of booking.
We provide comprehensive directions to the apartment from either airport.
We do recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay in Cyprus but for those preferring not to hire a car at the airport, airport transfers can be arranged for you. (Payment made locally).

We stayed for a week and found this apartment all it advertised itself to be - and even more so. Clean and neat, well-stocked and comfortably funished, six of us fitted happily into the space -- with two terraces complete with fine views of the sea ensuring we were not on top of each other. The two pools in the complex are superb -- and laid out very originally -- they are by far the most attractive feature of the complex. While it is better to have a car, the bus stop is not far and buses run regularly to all the main centres and beaches so own transport is not essential Well located, the apartment is an ideal springboard to explore the lower Akamas including Avakas gorge and the traditional villages up on the ridge and Polis/Latchi is within easy reach. Very relaxing holiday with heaps to do and plenty to explore :) Thoroughly recommended! |

What a great holiday location easily accessible to other parts of the coast. A really super apartment in a lovely private complex setting. The roof terrace has fabulous views to the beach and the private pool is a treat. The apartment is well equipped and within convenient walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants. There are no additional hidden costs. The rental rates include all amenities and utilities within the penthouse and development as well as linen, towels (but not beach towels), cleaning and air conditioning.
The rental price also includes meet and greet service and a small complimentary welcome pack.

On the day of arrival, guests may enter the property from 3pm onwards. On the day of departure guests are asked to vacate by 10am. These times are flexible depending on the arrival times of following guests.
We have arranged favourable rental rates for car hire at Paphos Airport. Please ask for details when booking.
