This stunning and luxury 2 Bed Penthouse is located in the beautiful village of Peyia just north of Paphos. The apartment is a part of the Andriana Exclusive Resort Complex that is a brand new and privately owned complex with the same standard and leisure facilities as a luxury hotel.
The scenic views from the three verandas are overlooking 2 communal pools, mountains and the beautiful Coral Bay coastline. It is in fact possible to overlook all surrounding areas from the flat thanks to the verandas that are facing all surrounding directions.
The apartment is furnished with bright leather, fine wood and glass. Air conditioned in all rooms and with a private parking space just outside the doorstep. There are also additional visitor parking bays available. The apartment is fully equipped with 32” LCD Plasma TV, Satellite TV with 400 channels, DVD player and a Play Station 2 with 20 games.
In a drawer you will find useful information of places of interest and local attractions. You will have an excellent and pleasant stay in a top modern flat with beautiful surroundings. Central location and 10 minute walk or 2 min drive to village centre and just 5-10 min drive to the popular Coral Bay beach.
The communal facilities includes two swimming pools, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, changing rooms, WC’s and showers, sauna, gym and games room with landscaped gardens.

The Paphos District
Paphos is located on the west coast of Cyprus and use to be a small sleepy fishing village and a harbour but has grown substantially over the years and developed into a vibrating and very popular cosmopolitan resort for holidaymakers.
Some local attractions are the beautiful sandy beach at Coral Bay (within 5-10 min) with clean and crystal clear waters and several exclusive restaurants and bars and great night-life as well, the Harbour Castle, St Paul's Church, Tombs of the Kings, Aphrodites Rock and Temple, Christian Catacombs, the archaeological park and fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman historical periods.
There is also a choice of 3 golf resorts within 30 minutes and a fantastic water park in the area. Interesting and exotic local villages worth visiting is Peyia, Coral Bay, Polis & Odomos.
Other places of interest is Laura bay at the Akamas Peninsula (4km) that has become famous because of its turtles and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour.
Were ever you go in Cyprus you will always be met by very friendly local people and find loads of small welcoming restaurants with delicious food. The food is just fantastic and is in fact one of the great things that makes Cyprus one of the most popular resorts there is together with its sandy beaches, sunny weather and the clear blue Mediterranean sea.
Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia village is a typical Cypriot village with traditional houses, church and shops. From Peyia village you have stunning views of the Coral Bay coastline and the surrounding mountains.
The local village has everything you could wish for such as traditional restaurants and taverns with local dishes, fishmongers, bakers with fresh bread, butchers, supermarkets, banks with ATM machines and not far away from the village you can also find tennis courts, go karting, a bird sanctuary and horse riding.
The Pegeia Sea Caves are incredible and exciting to visit and the famous Coral Bay has a must see coastline and amazing beach that in fact is one of the best in Cyprus. Coral Bay is a vibrant village with a lot of nice tavernas, shops, boutiques and exciting night-life.

Excellent and cheep Car Rental Service can be arranged with pick up and drop off at Paphos Airport prior to arrival.
The drive from Paphos Airport to Peyia village is approximately 30-40 minutes. Alternatively our management company can collect you at a reasonable fee available but it is recommendable to rent your own car.

The luxury and tasteful environment gives a sophisticated feel and relaxing atmosphere. The sophisticated and luxury scheme extends through all rooms and onto the veranda furniture.
Two poolside verandas with sea view and a rear view veranda overlooking the mountains allow the choice of different views and whether sitting in the sun or shade, a freedom of choice that puts a smile on your face and that is un valuable during the hot summer months.

Reservations can be made with a 20% deposit. All reservations must be paid for in full 6 weeks prior to occupation.
Late reservations will be taken with full payment.
A refundable security reservation is required of £100, payment required on booking, to be refunded within seven days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
The apartment is on the second floor accessed via stairs. As there is no lift those with limited mobility should consider suitability.
