This stylishly furnished air conditioned two bedroom townhouse is situated in the recently completed Nemesis Gardens complex. Nemesis is ideally located on the lower slopes of peyia requiring only a short walk to all village amenities. The complex is small and relaxing but has a large infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi at one end shared by a small ratio of properties. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped. There is private underground secure parking and an air conditioned gym with high quality gym equipment
The townhouse accommodates six guests comfortably. As well as being within walking distance to peyia village which has a good selection of bars restaurants and tavernas. It is just a few minutes from Coral Bay beach and 20 minutes from the heart of Paphos. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on their private patio area, take a dip in the large communal swimming pool or visit Coral Bay and Lara Beaches which are just 3 kms away.

The Paphos District

The popular coastal resort of Coral Bay with it's wider selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars and well known sandy beach, honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union, is within a 5 minute walk. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 20 minute drive.
