Beautiful two bedroom pent house apartment overlooking the swimming pool with truly stunning country side and sea views sleeps four people, perfect for families. The apartment is situated in Peyia near Coral Bay just 15 minutes from Paphos airport.

Paphos Coral Bay and Peyia, have an abundance of restaurants and bars for young and old alike. The beach has all types of water sports from jet skies to pedalos and canoes, there is also a great water park nearby.
scuba diving, Golf and Horse riding is near by. the famous turtle beach is only a few miles away

Furnished to very high standard. With leather sofas and oak furniture. Satellite TV, washing machine fully equipped kitchen; it really is home from home.

Large sun terraces with wonderful countryside and sea views, the apartments have 2 swimming pools, fully equipped gym and sauna.

This is very important, all the rooms have fly screens fitted so that you can keep your windows and doors open all night if you feel the need to, with out the fear of those pesty bugs bothering you not many of the properties have them fitted so this is areal advantage. All the rooms are fully air conditioned, so you can cool the rooms in an instant the apartment has foldable beach or pool chairs for your private use. This Apartment is a top floor apartment but still only has a few steps to the front door, the view is truly outstanding and the patio is overlooked by no one great for sun bathing.

Large sun terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs over looks the swimming pools and gardens the apartment has complete privacy as it is a pent house no one overlooks the balcony. Parking is no problem it has its own allocated spot.

Beautiful countryside and mountain views partial sea view. A well equipped Communal Gym and sauna is available for your use.

The Paphos region

Paphos area is complete as a holiday destination. There is everything to suit your type of holiday.
If you are looking for a lively holiday then there are waterparks, watersports, boat trips, old town shopping by day,
lively bars & nightclubs at night.

For a more relaxing holiday, the beach at Coral Bay is beautiful with its golden sands as is the local countryside with rugged mountain scenery and quiet secluded coves.

The Peyia / Peyia Village area

Peyia is a quiet, traditional village, with lovely tavernas, bars, restaurants, several supermarkets and a fantastic bakery! It is a great base from which to travel if you want to go further afield.

There are many historical sites in the area, Aphrodites rock. The historical Paphos town with is superb harbour and ancient ruins. you shop till you drop in Paphos.
The whole of Paphos is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with many places of historical/archeological interest eg the Lusignan Fort, the Odeon, the roman mosaics, the catacombs, the Tombs of the Kings etc. Boat trips are available in the harbour, which is lined with restaurants and tavernas. A wide variety of watersports are available in Paphos, Coral Bay and other beach resorts in the area. Other local activities include golf, horse riding, fishing, ten pin bowling, cinemas, mini-golf, cycle and motorbike hire, jeep safaris, quadbikes, go-carting (Coral Bay) water parks, aquarium, museums (Paphos) and organised tours. There are many wonderful places to visit including Aphrodites birthplace, the Baths of Aphrodite with its fountain of Love, the beautiful churches and the monasteries of Chrysorrogiatissa, Agios Neofytos and Kikkos, the delightful fishing harbours at Agios Georgios and Latchi, and the pretty villages in the Troodos Mountains.

For the sun worshipers you can beat Coral Bay Beach, it has all sorts of watersports from peddelos to jet skies. or you can just sunbathe under the thatched woven parasols and relax and take in the view.

Golf courses are plentiful and to a high standard within half an hour drive.

Skiing is available during winter months in the Troodos mountains, this is only 1hour 15 mins away, you could be on the slopes in the morning and on the beach in the afternoon!

And of course the weather is lovely all year round.

Fly to Paphos airport, Riverside 2 Apartments are only 20 Km away.

Cheap Flights available from Cyprus airways and Easy Jet, we find Dial a flight are very helpful too.
Car hire is available at the airport, Avis, Budget and Europcar are easily found in arrivals.

Remember it is so easy to drive in Cyprus it is just like driving at home the same road signs, traffic lights, they even drive on the left hand side of the road.

Local taxis always available at the airport.

Thankyou for allowing us to use your apartment which was extremely comfortable and well equipped for a family holiday. Didn't get to see as much of the island as we hoped because it was too hot , the air conditioning was fab. The kids were well pleased with the pool and the satellite TV. Thanks again Mr & Mrs Black
