Our apartment is located on a superb new development near the village of Peyia ( Pegeia ), a short distance from Coral Bay in Paphos District.
We plan to use it ourselves as often as possible, so we have furnished and equipped it to the same high standard as our home in the UK. In fact everything in the apartment was bought in the UK and shipped out. We have made choices with quality and comfort in mind, rather than price.

The living room is tastefully decorated and offers comfortable seating and dining facilities for 4 people together with an excellent range of entertainment facilities - widescreen TV, DVD player, hifi and ipod docking station. We have even provided a large selection of the latest DVDs.
The kitchen is equipped with all the required appliances. To ensure reliability, we have only selected appliances with well known brand names.
In the bedroom we have provided Silent Night twin beds and sturdy occasional furniture. The bed linen is top quality cotton.
Whatever the temperature, comfort is guaranteed by the latest Mitsubishi inverter air conditioning units.

Outside there is a good sized double-fronted patio area which offers considerable privacy. We have provided patio furniture and loungers for 4 people together with 8 luxury beach towels.
The development has been designed and built to a very high standard and enjoys more facilities than other complexes in the surrounding area.. There are 2 good-sized swimming pools, a sauna and 2 jacuzzis, one in and one outdoors. For the more active, there is a gym; for those with relaxation in mind, a pool bar and plenty of space for soaking up the sun. There is also the convenience of full toilet, shower and changing facilities.
There is a very detailed information pack in the apartment for your arrival and this can also be emailed to any confirmed guests prior to departure.
We can provide on request any provisions you might require such as milk, tea coffee and bread. If you have any specific requirements, we can do our best to arrange them for you. This is paid for locally on receipt of the keys.
The Paphos region
Feel the romance in the air in the land where Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty, once roamed. Swim in the sea by the rocks known as Petra tou Romiou where she was believed to have risen from the waves, make a pilgrimage to her sanctuary at Kouklia, or visit the grotto near Polis where she was supposed to have bathed.
Pafos (Paphos) town, with its pleasant harbour and medieval fort, combines a cosmopolitan holiday resort, spectacular countryside and historical sites. The region offers the possibility of combining sea and mountains as well as getting a taste of culture with its many archaeological sites.
Explore inland by going on a wine tour of the villages, stopping off at Chrysorrogiatissa monastery with its fine icons where you can get a taste of the locally produced vintage wine from its own winery, or indulge in one of the many activities available, from playing a round of golf at a premier golf resort, indulging in a sea sport, such as swimming, diving or sailing, or going for the thrill of a water park or karting centre.
The Akamas peninsula is an area of natural wilderness with dramatic coastlines and sandy coves. Visit one of the last Mediterranean nesting grounds for the green and loggerhead turtles on the sandy beaches of Lara, or walk along one of the many scenic nature trails spotting rare endemic plants that grow there, or watching migrating birds fly by overhead.
Cyprus is an emerging golfer’s paradise, a place where you can enjoy the game all the year round in an ideal Mediterranean climate.
Choose between three international standard 18-hole golf courses situated in peaceful surroundings amidst landscaped hills and with breathtaking views across the Mediterranean below. Located in the Pafos (Paphos) region, they are far from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist resorts, yet near enough for easy access.
Perhaps the best way to see a country is on foot. If you love the great outdoors or want to improve your fitness, hiking is ideal. Leave your car and experience the culture and nature of the island in the best possible way.
Cyprus has numerous sign posted paths or nature trails, some more challenging than others, but all are a feast for the senses, especially in the springtime when you can experience the sights, sounds and smells of nature at first hand.
Peyia is the ideal base for a holiday, it is a picturesque village by the Mediterranean set against the backdrop of hills. It enjoys a leisurely pace of life which is perfect for helping you to unwind, and everywhere people will offer you a warm welcome. You can stroll into the village for a morning coffee and to watch the world go by, or to buy supplies for a lovely dinner on the patio, and it is always pleasant to sit outside in the central square in the evening.

"Wonderful, short getaway!"

"A little gem at very short notice !!"
Booked the apartment at last minute as me and my fella wanted an quick break away after the new year break. The owners were friendly and helpful, the transfer from Paphos airport was easy with the document supplied. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The air con was of a good standard and the patio doors had fly screens which was a bonus. The weather was really nice and we spent loads of time on the sunbeds at the pool. It was easy to get to Peyia, i'd say about 10 minutes and we were chuffed to find lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc and very handy, a bank. Very happy with this place, and would return and recomment to friends. Only disappointment, our week ended far to quickly ...

The villa was gorgeous, we had everything we needed, the information pack that was provided was extremely useful and we did try a few of the restaurants recommended.
Weather was superb, the air con came in very handy! When we didnt go out we were equally as happy cooking in the villa and enjoyed eating on the terrace, there is nothing we could think of that was missing or lacking, I just wish our flat here looked like that.
Diane was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and there was alot!!
We had a wonderful time and cant speak highly enough of this villa and the whole experience of booking it, we will definitely be returning and are currently debating a 3 week stay next time.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommed this to anyone who hasn't been before .............. Superb!

"Home from Home"

"Double check everyting before traveling"
I booked the place for my family in August 2011 and mentioned several times that we will be arriving in the middle of the night + travelling with a small child (1,5 year old at a time), however when we reached the place around 2am in the morning the key wasn't in the safe place. I called the owners but they didn't pick up the phone. Likely the local agent responded and came within an hour to let us in.
Afterwords we found out that the owners simply forgot to mention our arrival to the local agency even after my email just before our departure from London. Of course they did apologise for it and gave us a little discount, but the flat wasn't cleaned properly as we weren't expected and we still had to spend an hour outside with a small child simply waiting for someone to come with the key.
The flat however was lovely, lots of useful little things on place, including a selection of movies, games & leaflet with useful information & local attractions. I would highly recommend to triple check dates, contact numbers etc with the owners before travelling.
While we cannot deny the oversight on our part, it came at a time when we were experiencing a close family bereavement. While not an excuse, we can assure any prospective clients that we pride ourselves on great customer service and have a large number of excellent reviews on the high standards of our property and the service received from ourselves.
We feel that the incident in question was dealt with professionally at the time and the couple well compensated for the error. We were surprised to see this review as all indications were they were satisfied with our remedial actions and went on to have great time at our property.
We have since put in measures that will prevent this kind of issue occuring again and hope this will not put anybody off booking our apartment in the future
