Apartment Nemesis is a spacious ground-floor, air conditioned, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment sleeping six guests. It is on a brand new luxury development of only 30 properties with an ideal central location in the popular and very pretty village of Peyia.
The complex is small and relaxing but has a very large infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi at one end shared by a small ratio of properties and the gardens have been beautifully landscaped. There is private underground secure parking and an air conditioned gym with high quality gym equipment
This apartment is ideally located within walking distance of a good selection of restaurants and is just minutes from the centre of the village and a great location for couples or families looking for a good base from which to explore the many things that the Paphos area has to offer for a great holiday.

There are two large bedrooms, a master with double bed and a second with twin beds. The Large L shaped sofa in the lounge area converts into a double sofa bed.

The Paphos region


With an all year round Mediterranean climate Paphos is very popular with visitors from the UK, Germany and Scandinavia looking for a cosmopolitan holiday resort. Paphos is most established holiday resort in Southern Cyprus and among its attractions are its ancient mosaic floors, historical sites, a beautiful old harbour, its modern hotels and restaurants, situated along the harbour front promenade. Other sights include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine castle of Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paula's Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite (the goddess of love and beauty).
The climate of Cyprus makes the summer months a popular time for tourism in Paphos, when temperatures are mid 30s degrees Celsius every day. However the cooler winter months attract keen walkers, mountain biking enthusiasts and skiers to the Troodos Mountains and Akamas peninsular areas.
Paphos offers shopping in the tourist beach promenade and the old town area of Kato Paphos has a wonderful old covered market area to browse around.
In addition to the wonderful choice of beaches and all year sunshine Paphos offers families a fantastic choice of modern or traditional restaurants, and many things to do and see, from water parks, to go-karting, golf to luxury spas, there is something for all ages to enjoy.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia is a very popular and charming village situated on a gently sloping hillside overlooking Coral Bay. It is very traditional in look and feel with little winding streets and traditional stone houses with an old village church and shops at the centre.
Peyia offers visitors a good selection of amenities including banks, doctors, two supermarkets, a fantastic bakery, butchers, fishmongers, DVD shop and launderette. It also offers a good selection of traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze, or you can try Chloe's that offers themed food evenings throughout the week.
Beyond Peyia there is something for everyone whether you are looking for an activity family holiday or you are coming to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
Activities for families include, Water Park, Aquarium, Blue Flag safe beach at Coral Bay, bird and reptile park, donkey sanctuary, ten pin bowling, diving, water sports, boat trips, snorkelling trips, jeep safaris, Children's and Adults go carting tracks with tunnels, mountain biking, horse riding.
For the Golf Enthusiast - There are two excellent Golf courses within half an hour, the most famous of which is Aphrodites Hills a five star Gold resort which hosts many Golf tournaments supported by celebrities. Next to Aphrodites Hills is Secret Valley Golf Course. Both are open to the public.
Cyprus is steeped in Greek History and if you are interested in visiting the archaeological sites Paphos is fortunate to have most of the big ones and is also home to the Byzantium museum and some beautifully preserved mosaics located at Paphos Harbour next to the castle. Around the local area you are spoilt for sites to visit which include the Tombs of the Kings, Aphrodites Baths, The ruins at Agios Georgios and several large Amphitheatres are all worth a visit.
If you are looking for more relaxing holiday there are a good choice of excellent private health Spas close to the apartment the best of which are The Spa at the boutique Thalassa hotel in Coral Bay, The Spa at the Elysium Hotel in Paphos, The Retreat Spa at Aphrodites Hills, if you are celebrating a special occasion or just need some pampering these are all highly recommended.

We took a late break in Cyprus and stayed in Apartment Nemesis and we were very impressed with the high quality of the apartment the complex and staying in Peyia. There are a good number of local bars, supermarkets and restaurants (Sophies is good) within walking distance, but to make the most of our holiday we hired a car Coral Bay is OK, but we preferred Peyia and the quieter beaches further along. We can also recommend the Water Park and exploring the lovely local villages of Kathikas and Laitchi excellent local fish restaurants and boat trips in very clear water. We were surprised that it is an easy day trip to the other end of the island to Ayia Napa or up to Troodos Mountain (very cold and misty). This apartment, and the company who manages it, comes highly recommended.
