The apartment has a large balcony with 4 sun loungers for you to Sunbathe in private, and a covered area with table and 6 chairs for you to relax and watch the breathtaking sunsets while enjoying drink.
There is a large shared pool with room for sun loungers 4 supplied, gym, sauna, jacuzzi bath, showers and changing room.
We have a variety of pool accessories (lilos, rings etc) for your usage around the pool area.
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking, with the final payment 6 weeks prior to departure. Also a £100 Security deposit is required with the final payment and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure upon final inspection of the apartment.
Our English speaking property management team are on hand to sort any queries you may have during your stay and can arrange for mid stay laundry changes at an additional cost of seven euros per person payable locally.
Welcome packs available at extra cost if required.
Stays of 2 weeks or more will qualify for free welcome pack and mid term towels and linen changes,
Beach towels are also supplied for your usage but not changed during your stay.
The Paphos District
If you are looking for a taste of the real Cyprus, a warm welcome and great local amenities with a short transfer and easy access to everything that the Paphos area has to offer then this location is right for you.
Kato Pafos (Lower Pafos) is the home of the harbor and many archaeological sites in the area and provides a lively and friendly atmosphere around the renovated port area. The boulevards are lined with palm trees and there are ample restaurants and bars to spend the afternoon in if you are tired of the beach.
There are several beaches within the district including the municipal beach in Kato Paphos and a little further out is Faros beach, north of the archaeological site, this is best reached by car. About 8km from Kato Paphos is the undeveloped beach at Kissonerga Bay backed by banana plantations.
The World Heritage site of the Tomb of the Kings is 2km north of Kato Paphos and sits on a rocky ledge overlooking the sea. There are well preserved underground tombs and chambers used as a necropolis by the residents of Neo Pafos during the Hellenistic & Roman periods. Opening times are 8.30am to 7.30pm May to September and 8.30am to 5pm October to April.
Diving - The waters around Pafos are ideal and there are over 30 sites to explore with names such as the “Wreck of the Achillieas” and “Valley of the Caves”, and in Larnaca ''The Zenobia car ferry''. There are numerous PADI diving centres to choose from.
Horse Riding – The area surrounding Paphos has some spectacular trails for horseback riding. Popular routes include trails in the beautiful Peyia forest, riding along the beaches and exploring the huge coastal sea caves.
Golf -The Aphrodite Hills Golf Club offers an 18 hole championship standard course.
The Tsada Golf Club offers 18 holes of superb golf set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery.
The Secret Valley Golf Club is set in a scenic valley with grand trees and sculpted rock formations with an 18 hole course.
Go-Karting - Paphos has a scaled down F1 track that is great fun for go-karting. There are fun races for all ages and abilities, and this is the closest most will ever get to knowing what F1 racing is all about.
Paphos Aphrodite Water Park - Great fun for the whole family and couples as well, with a large selection of rides, slides and pools catering for children, teenagers and adults.
Shopping - For some, nothing relaxes them like a spot of retail therapy, and Paphos’ stores are conveniently located in the same general district. Popular local items include Cypriot lace, handmade pottery, paintings, sculptures, jewellery and souvenirs. The workmanship, quality and prices of local handicrafts make them sought after buys.
Pegia Village also pronounced (Peyia)
We are located on the hillside above the beautiful village of Pegia, within 10-15 mins stroll down the hill to the village square and all the local facilities.
The typical Cypriot village has 2 supermarkets (Philippos) being the largest, and there are a couple of Bakeries, launderette, DVD and Video shop, Fishmongers, Butchers and Banks with ATM machines. There are Numerous Tavernas and Restaurants in the village all serving excellent food.
Pegia is a short drive from the nicest beach in the area at Coral Bay and situated in the rugged hills just a few miles outside of Paphos. Pegia is one of Cyprus's most photogenic stretches of coastline with the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean at it’s feet and to the north the silhouetted peak of Ayios Yeoyios which marks the beginning of the untouched Akamas Peninsula.
Pegia is the quieter neighbour of the hustle and bustle of nearby Pafos town and is a great place to while away a relaxing lunchtime or evening with a plateful of meze and a cold bottle of beer. Culturally there are the two ruined Christian basilicas found on the outskirts of the village with wonderful mosaics on the floor and the Roman tombs carved into the cliffs above the sea. In the village there are several tavernas in the central square. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores.
Coral Bay (3km from Pegia) - The beautiful beach and calm waters make it ideal for all the family. The beach satisfies all requirements providing the opportunity to laze in the warm sunshine or enjoy the numerous water sports on offer. This is were you will also find the largest selection of bars and restaurants outside of Paphos town, and also plenty of other shops and banks to cater for all your needs.
Skiing is available during winter months in the Troodos mountains, this is only 1hour 15 mins away, you could be on the slopes in the morning and on the beach in the afternoon!
And of course the weather is good all year round.

"Perfect Apartment for a Perfect Holiday"
This is the second time we have stayed here and the apartment is still in perfect condition. The owners (June and Mike) have thought of everything and have even added wi-fi since our last visit. It's the little touches that make staying here so pleasurable. I fully agree with the other reviews and can only suggest you try the Green Hill Restaurant which is literally around the corner and with stunning views and food. Checkout the Grande when they have Moussaka on the menu. The Savvas grill restaurant in the village, serves great traditional fayre, and has the best house wine I've tasted.

"Stylish apartment with stunning views"
If your looking for a stunning apartment with fabulous views which is furnished and equipped to a very high standard book this one you will not be disappointed. The apartment is located in a very well maintained block where the pool and gym are are spotless. On entering the apartment there is a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you could possible need whilst on holiday, The apartment is well appointed with two good sized bedrooms along with a good size lounge area. The large balcony area though is the real bonus with sun from dawn to dusk and views which can only be described as stunning. There is undercover parking available which in the hot months is a real bonus. The owners have really thought of everything to ensure whatever you may need for your holiday is catered for even down to providing cool bags for use on the beach. The apartment is located towards the top of a steep hill which is small price to pay for the panoramic views on offer and can be easily overcome by hiring a vehicle whilst on holiday which is no major problem as the locals drive on the left(same as UK) and road signs are in English. There is a multitude of quality restaurants within a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk where the food is great and restaurant staff very welcoming. In summing up if you are looking for a base for exploring the Paphos area of Cyprus you will not find any better than this apartment.

"Top spec apartment with amazing views in beautiful resort"
This apartment is of the highest quality. No expense has been spared and you will find every facility required, from air con in each room, a fully functional kitchen to a TV and hifi with an ipod dock in the living room. There was also a reliable wifi connection available. The beds are very comfortable, as are the sofas. There is also a safe and a front door key safe so you can never lose the key on a day out! Overall the apartment is clean and modern and makes for a very comfortable stay. The apartment also boasts a large terrace half of which is under cover so there is an escape from the sun if needed, as I frequently did! The views are stunning. The apartment is near the top of the hillside and overlooks Peyia and Coral Bay. We were lucky enough to witness an incredible thunderstorm hitting Peyia and you could see where the lightening was striking just below. Peyia itself is just a 10 minute walk away (if you don't mind a bit of a climb back) or if you are driving out we can strongly recommend Kathikas (about 7km into the hills above) as there are some lovely restaurants there. Coral Bay beach is only a ten minute drive away and has all the facilities you need for a lazy day at the beach. Avakas Gorge is also well worth a look if you like a walk and the last castle restaurant on the hilltop above is a great place for lunch if you've built up an appetite. Also on the road to the Gorge and beyond is Lara bay and Turtle beach - these are beautiful places to visit, but be warned, this a white road so a 4x4 is strongly recommended, if not essential, especially if you take the road all the way to Latchi as we did - quite an experience! Overall it was a very relaxing holiday and we would strongly recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in this area of Cyprus. Nick and Amy

Stayed here at the end of April / start of May. The weather was great - low 30's every day & no rain. The apartment had everything you could wish for & the views were amazing. There was plenty to see in the surrounding area. Would recommend a car for getting about to get the most from your stay. Booking was straight forward & all my questions were answered promptly. The apartment also had lots of information about the surrounding area.

"Fantastic View from the balcony a place to chill"
A wonderful stay at Mike and June’s apartment from the end of March until the first week of April. All amenities were available in the apartment even though I did not use most of them it was nice to see Mike and June have tried to cover all possible aspect of a holiday. By far the best part about the apartment was the view from the balcony towards Coral Bay one word describes it “Fantastic” sitting on the large balcony was a great place to chill on those lazy days. Car hire is a must unless you don’t mind the walk to the shops in Peyia, and if you want to explore further it is a must. One apartment that I shall recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Cyprus Pete and Sue

The apartment was very clean and done to a very high standard.The views from the balcony were exceptional. The pool and gym were great with the bonus of having our own sun loungers. Plenty of places to eat in the village and also in Coral Bay. A great holiday and would love to stay in this apartment again.

"The bes appartment we ever had, just like at home"
It was perfect, the best equipped appartment we ever had, just like at home the view -wow! – dinners only on the teracce We travel only without tour operator and I must say: YOU ARE THE CHAMPIONS, Mike ! it will be very difficult for us find something like that next year fantastic wilde beaches at Akamas pennisula, ........... why only two weeks !!!

"Highly Spec Apartment with Fantastic Views"
This apartment is furnished to the highest standard and very well equipped though-out. The view from the balcony gives you an instant "wow" factor as soon as you arrive and makes eating and drinking outside a pleasure. A car is really advisable although the village is only a short walk down the hill and has a multitude of excellent bars and restaurants. Excellent sandy beach at Corrallia bay, just 8-10 mins drive away. On site pool and facilities were very good. Very highly recommended..

This was our first holiday abroad with children, 10, 12 and 15 years old. The support, advice and guidance was first class; from the car hire collection from the airport, the directions to the apartment and the wealth of information in the apartment. Everything we needed was supplied, and at great quality.. The apartment was highly specified and very comfortable. The views looking down over the town and the coast line, were exceptional, making meals and drinks on the balcony a real pleasure. A car is essential, but driving on the left hand side and having English road signs made it very easy to get around.
