About the home

Now moving into our 3rd season This 2 bedroom apartment, fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. Furnished to a high standard for your comfort and relaxation.

Furnished balcony area for sunbathing and al fresco dining while taking in the stunning views and evening sunset.

Peyia village is only 5/10 minutes walk from the apartment and it has all the amenities you may need - supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, banks with ATM's, but maintains the beauty of this Cypriot village.

All rooms have dual air-conditioning / heating units and everything you may need for the apartment to be ''a home away from home'' and for inside / outdoor eating. Fly screens fitted to both patio doors

The communal faciltities include: large swimming pool, outside shower, indoor Jacuzzi, sauna, changing rooms, WC and gym.

Landscaped gardens and panoramic views from both pool area and apartment veranda. You have access to a parking bay belonging to this apartment.

For your health and safety, smoke detectors are fitted so please, only smoke outside on the balcony.

English speaking property management available during the mid term.

Cleaning and change of bed linen/ towels is available at an extra cost.

Full payment required 6 weeks before holiday start date.
100GBP refundable security bond required with final payment. Payment back will follow a satisfactory inspection post departure. Clients to be reimbursed within one week of inspection of the apartment.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

The Paphos region

Apart from Paphos and Coral Bay there are many other beaches dotted along the coastal routes. why not try to find your own remote private beach.

Take a 30 minutes drive into the Akamas area to see where the protected sea turtles breed, or take the 4x4 safari and see the whole area, that is another must see.

If golf is your thing, then there are 3 golf courses within 40 minutes drive from the apartment.

The Peyia / Peyia Village area

Peyia is a village set in the North West region of Paphos around 15 km from the main town. The apartment location combines unrivalled views of the sea with cool mountain air. The village is still traditional in many ways. Watch the elders, sipping greek coffee, along the edges of the village streets. the smell of fresh baked bread, the toll of the church bells makes this a true Cypriot experience.

Many tavernas for you to try the local cuisine, or stick with what you know best if you prefer. Theme restaurants, a wine bar, The Grande Cafe for internet connection and simple tasty snacks - or a quiet drink in the beautiful surroundings.

A new golf range is about a 10 minute drive away, for those golfers amongst you. Water sports of all kinds available down at Coral bay, or for the less adventurous a paddle in the sea at Coral Bay.

Fly to the International airport at Paphos which is about 30/35 minutes from Peyia. If you fly into The New International Airport in Larnaca, Then it's a 90/120 minutes transfer time to Peyia.

Cheap flights available from most UK airports. Try midweek flights - even cheaper. Cyprus Airways, BA, Easyjet fly daily to Cyprus. Many others fly odd days during the week. Flight time around 4hrs/ plus.

Even though Sue & I booked our holiday /apartment at very short notice, we can't emphasize just how happy we were with the help, advice & guidance of our hosts, Richard & Sylvia. From the word go, they kept in touch & made the whole booking experience a pleasant one, therefore allowing us to concentrate on the holiday itself. The apartment was eveything we could wish for- extremely clean, great location { very peaceful & scenic }, & containing everything from proper English mugs to an Iron!!. The balcony was idyllic & many hours were spent there, just admiring the views & generally taking things easy. Despite being perched on the upper reaches of the hillside, this did not deter from our enjoyment- infact, it only added to it, as the views out to the Med' were stunning!! One thing we must mention, is a car is definitely needed if you want to get out & about. Sue & I couldn't have asked for a better apartment location & hosts, & we'd like to take this opportunity {again } to Thank Richard & Sylvia, because without them & their beautiful apartment our holiday wouldn't have been half the holiday it was.
