Marina Hill Tops is a brand new luxury development situated just a short 10 minute walk from Peyia village which offers many bars, tavernas, restaurants and shops. Peyia village is set in a quiet and peaceful location with stunning panoramic views. For those seeking a livelier time Coral Bay, with its award winning beach, is situated only 3 km away and has a variety of bars, clubs and restaurants for all tastes.
The pretty town of Paphos and its harbour are also located only 15 minutes away with numerous restaurants and bars to relax in as well as plenty of historical sites to visit. Driving in Cyprus is no different to driving in the UK as they drive on the same side as the UK. Therefore it is easy to get around and explore the beautiful sites.
The apartment has been finished to a high specification, fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Stunning sunsets can be enjoyed from the large private sun terrace and communal pool area.

As well has having a double bed the property benefits from an additional double sofa bed should further sleeping arrangements be required.
There are fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and toaster. The modern bathroom has both a bath and shower. The apartment has air conditioning.
An iPod dock/speakers, flat screen TV and DVD are provided. Satellite TV is availble but there are only limited channels available. A small selection on DVDs are provided. There is also a DVD rental shop in Peyia village for your convenience.

A large sun terrace is equipped with patio table and chairs providing seating for four people, as well as two sun loungers. Approximately a third of the outside area is shaded. There is a small BBQ provided for the use of the guests.
The communal pool measures approximately 30ft x 15ft. The pool area is landscaped and has shower facilities. There is also adequate car parking spaces at the rear of the property for guests.

The Paphos region
Paphos offers all year round Mediterranean climate and has a warm, vibrant culture. It is an established holiday destination on the south west coast of Cyprus and offers a holiday to suit all tastes. It's pretty harbour and surrounding area are rich in history.
Its extensive shops, bars and restaurants are well worth a visit and at the harbour there are a variety of excursions on offer including fishing, watersports, Jeep safaris, trekking and many other activities available.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Overlooking Coral Bay Peyia village is still very much a traditional Cypriot community. With the church at its centre the village amenities are all close by including banks, laundry, supermarket, bars and restaurants.

To start off the sunset views off the huge balcony were amazing! The apartment was lovely very modern and clean. Me and my boyfriend chose to hire a buggy to go up into the hills views frm there were amazing! Lovely quite place to be for a nice relaxing holiday would advise this place to everyone!

The apartment is great and has wonderful views, you have all of the essentials required for your stay the owners have thought of everything. The village of Peyia is great and has everything that you need there are great places to eat in the village like the Mediteranian and great bars like the Miill, the Brewary bar great for entertainment . There is palace called Neo's sports bar which is worth a look for good food and drink. There are so many different places to visit it's hard to list them all but it's worth having a drive to the different places as it's a beautiful island you must also try to do the wave dancer boat trip well worth the money for the entertainment and drink. Hope that you enjoy your stay here as much as we did cheer's.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment, Very well presented, the owners have given thought to ensure their guests can have an enjoyable holiday . Spectacular views from an awesome balcony. The initial journey to the apartment is "interesting" follow the directions carefully. But when you find it , it's well worth it. A hire car is a must. Some great tips in the visitors book in the apartment.
