This 2-bed town house is situated in the popular village of Peyia. The village itself has numerous tavernas, restaurants and bars, plus a good selection of shops. The popular Coral Bay area with its fabulous beach, bars and shops is only minutes away from the property. Set on small development of 7 properties, the house enjoys wonderful sea and mountain views. There is also a roof garden where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. A communal pool completes this very attractive property.
The house has an open plan ground floor with the usual home comforts (TV, DVD, CD Player, Fridge, Microwave, Iron and board, hairdryer) and benefits from a terrace area which overlooks the pool. The master bedroom overlooks the pool area and has excellent views to the sea. There is a double bed and an en-suite bathroom consisting of bath with shower over, WC and basin. Patio doors lead onto a verandah with a spiral staircase leading up to the roof garden. The roof terrace provides a quiet area to enjoy the spectacular views.
Air conditioning, linen, towels (including beach towels) are included in the rental price.

The Paphos District
Southern Cyprus boasts in excess of 300 days of sunshine each year. The summers are long and hot followed by Autumn which is still comfortably warm. Whilst early spring in much cooler, many people say that this is the best time to enjoy the wonderful fauna that Cyprus has to offer.
Cyprus has much to offer in the way of places to visit. Paphos provides many attractions of archeological interest. Further afield are the stunning Troodos mountains which offer skiing facilities in the winter. Limassol and Nicossia provide alternative shopping venues or for those seeking a quieter experience, the Akamas region has many off road trails for those seeking a walking holiday.
Cyprus has many beautiful beaches to discover and explore.
Peyia area
The village of Peyia has a number of tavernas, supermarkets, banks, a delicatessan, butchers, bakers etc.
Coral Bay which is the closest resort (approx 3km away) provides a wider variety of restaurants, bars etc and boasts two of the nicest beaches in the area.
Paphos town is approx 15km away. Here you will find places to visit of archaeologic interest, a beautiful harbour, boat trips, shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Just outside of Paphos is a great waterpark and closeby a large go-karting track.
Less than half an hours drive from Paphos you will find three spectacular golf courses. The course at Tsada has some spectacular views.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos airport - Peyia is approximately 25 km from the airport close to the popular resort of Coral Bay. Flights are available from British Airways, Cyprus Airways, Excel Airways, Monarch, Thompson Flights and many more. Car hire is available directly from the airport or you can be met with a hire car and escorted to the property. Buses run from Coral Bay to various destinations. Local taxis available throughout the area.

The roof terrace is not suitable for young children and we would strongly advise the supervision of children at all times. There is a lockable gate at the base of the spiral staircase.
