You will be met at the apartment by our Property Management Company in Cyprus to ensure your safe arrival and easy settling in. They will even meet you en route to the apartment to guide you to your holiday apartment.
Conditions
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.
A refundable security/breakages deposit of £100 is required to be paid with the balance of your holiday which will be refunded on your return subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
The Paphos region


Paphos is situated on the South West coast of the island and according to legend the birth place of the Greek Goddess of Love Aphrodite and is a World Heritage site. The old town of Paphos (Pano Paphos) is slightly elevated with its quirky narrow streets and market from which there is a glorious view of the coastal tourist area known as Kato Paphos.
Kato Paphos is home to the old harbour, the Byzantine Castle, Tombs of the Kings, St Pauls Pillar to mention a few of the historical attractions as well as several restaurants, bars and clubs, beaches and the Aphrodite Water Park. Activities to suit all.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
All amenities can be found just a short walk away in the centre of Peyia from Greek Taverna to restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets.
A short drive takes you to one of the finest beaches on this side of the island known as Coral Bay or you can find the Paphos Bird Park, Go-Carting, Horse riding. If you want to venture further you can go off roading in a 4 x 4 or take a jeep safari and experience the more natural Cyprus of Akamas Nature Reserve and Lara Bay.
All in all Peyia has everything to offer whether you want a quiet relaxing holiday or to enjoy the beaches, historic sites or the many night life activities.

I meant to write this a long time ago, but better late than never! We stayed in B101 in July 2011, and we had a fab time! The apartment was great, it has everything you need. It over looks the pool and the views are fantastic. The pool is a good size with lovely views. It was never busy, sometimes we were the only ones using it! The apartment is situated on the end of the block, which is great for privacy, if you fancy sunbathing on your own veranda, and for eating dinner over a gorgeous sunset. We loved it! Max and Rihan were very helpful too, with lots of local information! It's about a 15minute walk to the square, which has some lovely Taverns. Peyia Tavern was great value for money and delicious food! Also the Mill bar was great for a drink after dinner! A ten minute walk in the other direction, brings you to shops, a bakery, bank and bus stop. Buses do run hourly to Coral Bay, and if you're lucky like we were kind people offer lifts! I would recommend this apartment, if like us you like to be close to amenities and to relax with beautiful surroundings. The only thing I would say is, we didn't hire a car, we are not the fittest of people but we found walking fine but a bit tiring in the sun. We did get taxis up to the square for meals out. If you don't like a bit of a walk, follow the advice on the and and hire a car. All in all, a great apartment, great location and a great holiday! Thanks Roy! |
