This fully equipped & air-conditioned villa sleeps 4 - one double room (with balcony), one twin room and a bed settee (all linen provided), fully fitted kitchen / dining area and lounge. Patio doors lead to a terraced area and swimming pool with sun loungers.

The property boasts a beautiful sea view and is located walking distance from Peyia village with banks, supermarkets and tavernas. Coral Bay is five minutes’ drive away with more extensive shops, restaurants and varied night-life.

Peyia / Peyia Village area

Visitors to Peyia village can enjoy it's bars, tavernas and restaurants and be only a 5 minute drive from the delightful Coral Bay.

Sports fans can take in a local soccer match at Peyia's stadium; animal lovers can visit the bird & animal park.

The captivating and peaceful monastery at Agios Georgios is only a 10 min drive, and overlooks the harbour with it's stunning sea views.

How to get there

The nearest airport is Paphos International which is frequently serviced by flights from Gatwick, Glasgow International and Manchester with a number of airlines flying out including Easyjet, Thomas Cook and Monarch. Taxis and car hire companies such as SIXT are located at the airpot so you can touchdown and drive off straight away.

Directions to the villa:

From the airport take the motorway to Paphos until you reach a large roundabout that signals the end of the motorway. Take the first exit off this roundabout, signposted Kato Paphos.

At the next roundabout (Debenhams and Next) take the third exit. At the third set of traffic lights turn left and follow the signposts for Peyia (Pegeia), following the coastal road for approx 20 kms until you reach a signpost for Coral Bay.

At the signpost for Coral Bay take the right turn for Peyia (Pegeia). Follow the road up the hill until you see Cyprus Villas on the right. Immediately opposite this is the villa complex (Eva Peyia). If you reach the police station you have missed the turning! Turn left along this small private road and turn less than 50 yards later to go down the side of the villas. No. 7 is the fifth villa from the road.

There is a 10% deposit to secure booking with full payment to be made 1 week before arrival. A Euro 55 charge for cleaning services is payable on leaving the property.
