Villa Mandra's kitchen is fitted out with state of the art appliances including a touch extractor hood, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Villa Mandra also has a water filtration unit which allows you to drink clean safe water directly from the tap. The filtered water is also connected to the chilled water and ice making feature on the refrigerator in the kitchen.
The dining area is an open plan design off the kitchen with double full length glass doors leading onto the patio with additional outside dining facilities looking out onto the pool and panoramic sea and mountain views under a shaded pergola.
Villa Mandra has a utility room with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Villa Mandra's lounge area has a 42" flat TV and includes a SKY package. There is also wireless internet access plus a computer terminal with webcam and a printer for your personal use. The lounge has two double full length glass doors leading onto the pool patio allowing you to soak in the breathtaking views even from inside the villa.
Villa Mandra has 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The master bedroom (kingsize) and second double bedroom (kingsize) each have full length glass doors opening onto the patio which have panoramic mountain and sea views. All bedrooms have full length fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. In addition to the FREE a/c in all bedrooms each bedroom has a ceiling fan to make your summer nights more comfortable. Villa Mandra provides a full set of towels for each guest which are changed after 3 days. High quality linen is provided and changed on a weekly basis. Villa Mandra also provides pool towels for use around the villa.
The villa has FREE air conditioning for the summer months plus ceiling fans throughout the villa and central heating for cooler winter months.
There is also a separate games room with a Wii terminal and plenty of games plus an outdoor table tennis.

Villa Mandra has an extremely spacious pool terrace and patio with a covered pergola providing extra shade from the sun. A complete set of outdoor furnishings is provided for you to enjoy the pool area to the full. There are 8 sun loungers with small side tables, a dining table with 8 chairs and 3 sun umbrellas for you to position for extra shade while sun bathing.
Villa Mandra has a six burner gas BBQ so that you can make the most of your al fresco dining on the terrace with an outside sink by the side for your convenience and cooking ease.
The gardens are landscaped and completely private. There are front, side and rear gardens, including fruit trees and a variety of local plants.
Plus there are attractive large local earthenware pots located throughout the gardens.
Although Villa Mandra is a non-smoking villa it is perfectly acceptable to smoke on the patio and terraces using the ash trays provided.

The Paphos region
Paphos District has many amenities and activities, including golf, water sports, water parks, diving, jeep safaris, cycling, hiking and even skiing in the winter!
The town of Paphos has a mix of new and ancient buildings. The beach and harbour and port area, known as Kato Paphos is a hive of activity with many sea-front bars and tavernas. Also here is the busy Bar Street, which has many bars and clubs for the livelier holiday makers.
The Animal Park and Water Park are nearby as are the Tombs of the Kings, an archaeological and national heritage site.
Kato Paphos and Paphos is a 15-20 minute drive from Peyia and there is regular public transport from Peyia to Coral Bay and Paphos.
Coral Bay Beach Resort, known for the best beach on the island, is a 5 minute drive from Peyia and has many different water sports and activities. There is a busy night life in Coral Bay with bars, tavernas, restaurants and clubs.
The Peyia area
Peyia is situated approximately 15km away from Paphos Town and 3km away from Coral Bay. Peyia is a traditional Cypriot village set in the hills behind the popular Coral Bay and is only a 5 minute drive from the best beach and resort on the island - Coral Bay.
Peyia has many of its own amenities with bakerys, supermarkets, butchers, video store, take-aways, banks, tavernas, bars and restaurants and other interesting shops. The village square includes picturesque fountains and a historic church and plenty of seating areas, to sit and watch the world go by.
Peyia offers easy access to the Akamas peninsula, with its spectacular landscapes, deserted sandy beaches and conservation projects. Although this village offers restaurants and bars, it can be described as a ‘typical village in the hills'.
Ayrios Georgios, is only a 5 mintue drive. This picturesque fishing harbour is one of the island's best places to enjoy a seaside holiday. The fantastic sandy beach is popular with sunbathers and leads into a gloriously warm, clear sea. You can enjoy all sorts of seaside pastimes including snorkelling, safe bathing and even scuba diving.
Nearby Activities: Golf, go-karting, water parks, water sports, diving, boating, Jeep safaris, fishing, horse riding, cycling and hiking. The Akamas peninsular and forest , with nature walking and wildlife is 15 mins away. Troodos mountains for scenery and skiing in winter is approximately a one hour drive.
Lara Beach, a 10 minute drive away, is famous for nesting turtles. Latchi is a picturesque, busy fishing town, with its own marina. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the marina, many specialising in fish dishes.

The villa was contemporary, comfortable and very well equiped. It had fantastic views and we really enjoyed staying there. Joulietta was extremely helpful and gave by far the best service we have experienced whilst renting holiday villas. I would definately recommend this villa and hope to return one day. |

My husband and I stayed in Villa Mandra for 2 weeks over the summer, my mother joined us for the second week. The villa was fantastic - everything you could possibly need and it was absolutely spotless. It's located far enough outside the town of Peiya and tourist area Coral Bay to be nice and peaceful, but close enough to both to be able to pop to the shops/restaurants when you want (couple of minutes in a car to both). It was great to be able to use the nearby restaurants or use the beautiful terrace for a barbeque when you fancied a night in. We also explored a little further afield in the car and found some great restaurants away from the tourist areas (although there are some great ones there too). The pool area is fantastic for lounging around during the day - very relaxing. Plenty of room, would easily have accommodated a much larger group than ours. We felt very well looked after during our stay - we got the impression that nothing would have been too much to ask of Joulietta if we had needed. Also arrived on our first night to dinner which had been prepared by Joulietta's Father - absolutely beautiful, well worth taking advantage of one night if you can. Overall we had a fabulous holiday - I'd definitely recommend the villa and the area in general for groups like ours - or with children |

The views were spectacular especially the sunsets and twinkling lights at night. The villa was light, airy and very comfortable and everything was very clean.
