The Paphos District
Situated in the lower part of Peyia, this villa is approximately 3 kms from the popular beach at Coral Bay and less than 4 kms from the less well known sandy beach at Corallia Bay. A bakery, convenience store and three restaurants are located within 2 kilometres of the villa. The centre of the hillside village of Peyia with it's supermarket, delicatessen, banks and small collection of traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy is just under 3 kilometres away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 20 minute drive.

Further details indoors: The spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area, features several comfortable sofas, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, hob and microwave with the dishwasher and washing machine being housed in the separate utility room. There are two dining tables each seating 6 people. A guest cloakroom is located just off the kitchen.
There are four bedrooms in total each with en-suite facilities. Three of the bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, two of them with en-suite shower rooms and the third with an en-suite bathroom. The master double bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room. Each bedroom and the living area is equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating, which if required, can be paid for locally. A baby cot and highchair can be provided.
Further details outdoors: Outside the 9 metre x 4 metre infinity swimming pool has both walk in steps and a ladder. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A barbecue has been provided for al fresco dining on those warm summer nights. Landscaped garden areas provide splashes of colour to the villas grounds and unobstructed sea views can be enjoyed from the pool area. A gated driveway leads to the villa.
