About the home

Well equipped, modern 3 bedroomed villa, perfect for families and all types of holiday.Our villa has two large sun terraces, skim over waterfall type pool. BBQ,extensive gardens and thatched cabana for shade.

This is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, in a rural location,but close to beach,shops,bars.restaurants, all a short drive away.Full central heating for those out of season holidays,along with Sky TV,DVD library,books and games.

TV has access to english channels and Sky . There is a DVD and book library,safe,breakfast bar,burglar alarm,and full range of crockery and utensils. A/C is installed in all bedrooms.The villa has full central heating for those out of season holidays.

Two large outdoor terraces set between 8x4 mtr skim over pool, two outdoor tables,outdoor shower and thatched cabana for shade on those long hot smmer days. Arguably the best views in the area which are breathtaking.There are extensive gardens which are planted with palm tress,shrubs,bushes and flowers.

The Paphos region

Warm sunny climate as Cyprus has the most hours of sunshine than all the mediterranean islands, which according to legend is the birthplace of Aphrodite.

Temperatures can reach up to 40 celcius in July and August.

Mild winters and early spring, summer runs from May to late October.Plenty of history and archaeology as Paphos is a world heritage site.

The Peyia area

Peyia is a traditional cypriot village, with shops,banks,bars and taverns.

Coral Bay with safe sanding bathing is a short 10 mins drive away.

There are plenty of restaurants,bars,and Coral Bay also has good nightlife. Paphos town with harbour and port is approx 20 mins drive away.

The Akamas peninsular and forest , with nature,walking and wildlife is 15 mins away.

Troodos mountains for scenery and skiing in winter is approx one hours drive.

Fly to Paphos-Our villa is a 30 minute drive, or fly to Larnaca which is a two hour drive.
Flights are available from Thomsons/First Choice/BA/Helios/Cyprus Airways, from most major UK airports.
Car hire necesary,available from Airports, EuropCar/EasyCar/AnyCarHire/Elephant Rentals/Cyprus Car Hire.
Buses from Peyia to Coral Bay and Paphos and airport.
