Peyia Cottages B is a Brand New Luxury development in the heart of Peyia Village, it is a stones throw from lively bars, bakers, butchers and a large supermarket but still maintaining a peaceful and tranquil environment, this apartment is in a prime location so you can take in the tremendous views overlooking the mountains and sea as well as the fairly large swimming pool (about 25m x 10m).
Peyia Cottages has been furnished tastefully to the highest order with Solid Oak and Leather Furniture, and also has a 37 inch Flat Screen High Definition wall mounted TV with integrated DVD Player (pls note we don't have Sky TV yet) Playstation with 32 games. There is also a massive roof terrace with stunning views of both mountain and the Sea which could be used for BBQ's or quiet Sunbathing.

The Paphos District
Paphos District is one of the six districts of Cyprus and it is situated in the western part of Cyprus. Its main town and capital is Paphos. The entire district is controlled by the internationally recognized government of Cyprus. There are four municipalities in Paphos District: Paphos, Yeroskipou, Peyia, and Polis Chrysochous.
The area of the district is 1,393 km.², which constitutes the 15.1% of the total area of the island, and the population in 2001 was 66,364. Its coastal area is characterized by gulfs and coves, capes and points, beaches and tiny isles. The district can be divided into three morphological regions: the coastal plain, lying mainly below 200 metres, the hilly area extending from plain up to the igneous rocks of Paphos forest and the mountainous region, lying mainly on the igneous rocks of the Paphos forest. North-west of the District is the Akamas peninsula.
Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia (or Pegeia) is situated about 15km away from Paphos Town and 2km away from Coral Bay. Peyia, is a very much sought after location and is set in the hills behind the very popular Coral Bay. Although the village offers a few restaurants and bars, it has not been totally invaded by tourism and can be described as a ‘typical village in the hills’.
Peyia’s steep position guarantees fantastic views of Coral Bay and surrounding areas from almost wherever you happen to be. Ayios Georgios Basilica and the fountains of Peyia. 4.5km from the village, are the ruins of two early Christian basilicas with mosaic floors. Peyia village is famous for its fountains in the stone-paved village square.

Taxis are usually about 45-65 Euro's from the Airport in Paphos each way but we can offer an Airport Transfer Directly to the Apartment for a very reasonable rates:- For Paphos Airport. 35 Euros each way before 10pm and 50 Euros after 10pm and Before 6am For Larnaca Airport. 85 Euros each way before 10pm and 110 Euros after 10pm and before 6am
Car Hire is anything from 30 Euro's upwards per day .

Further details indoors: There is a well stocked Kitchen with Ceramic Hob and Electric Oven, Kettle and Canisters for Coffee/Tea Sugar, 6 sets of Knives and Forks and most other Cutlery and chopping Knives, cups saucers and plates for 6. There is also a large Fridge with Freezer compartment. There is also a folding Airer for Wet clothes or Washing (along with a washing machine!) and plenty of cupboard space for food.
In the Living Area there are 2 Large comfortable Cream Leather Sofas (a 3-seater and a 2 Seater) one of which opens out to be a double bed. Affixed to the wall is the 37 inch TV with integrated DVD, Sony Playstation with 32 Games and a solid Oak coffee table. The Dining Area has an Oak Table with 4 Leather/Oak Chairs. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools looking into the kitchen.
The Bedrooms have very large fitted wardrobes in each with locks on the windows in the children's/single bedroom for safety. The main bedroon has a 22 inch LCD Television with DVD. Bathroom has a frosted Window that lets in plenty of light and Shower complete with large frosted glass screen, basin, toilet with large mirror and shaving point with vanity light. There are 3 Air Conditioning Units (digital) one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living area(ice cold!!!) . Flooring is tiled throughout. There is a built in Safe to keep your belongings/passports in for peace of mind, also we have a water dispenser serving ice cold water.
