''Beautifully equipped for people like ourselves who fully self cater. Very clean, comfortable and eveything we wanted. Having beach towels supplied was a luxury. We rarely go back to the same villa twice, but this villa might have changed our minds. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice neighbours who said it had been a pleasure to have us there! Views are spectacular. We ate all our meals on the terrace and sat in the evening in comfort playing Trivial Pursuit until the early hours. As this was our fifth consecutive visit to this area there was nothing to add to those comments in the visitors book. Completely satisfued with your service. The instructions on how to reach the villa were excellent, bearing in mind it is not the easiest place to find.. General service throughout booking procedure excellent. Robin responded very quickly to solve the problem with the pool light. As a lot of flights from the UK now arrive very late( it was nearly 10pm before we got to the villa) perhaps some small additions to the welcome pack, of say 6 eggs-orange juice-jam, would make it easy to have breakfast next morning before going to the shops. This is not criticism but a suggestion. We have rented villas for 24 years and have always found these items in welcome packs.''
Agent Note: Many thanks for your feedback. Many villas do not provide any kind of welcome pack but we have now agreed with the owner of this villa to provide the extra items as suggested. Many thanks again

''Villa Naxos was a fantastic villa in a very peaceful location with fabulous views. The villa was very spacious and had everything you need. Very nicely decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. The location of villa naxos was very peaceful and had fantastic views over Pafos. Restaurants we would recommend are, Peyia Tavern - best meze we had, Tzianavaros Mediterranean Restaurant Coral Bay - fabulous food and service. Go Karts in Coral Bay - great for children and adults. Dyionsos bar Peyia for cocktails. Grande for bar snacks/meals. Very satisfied with the service provided. All questions were answered and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Again very satisfied with local manager. We thought it was a really good idea for Angela to come and introduce herself and nothing was too much trouble.''

''We had a wonderful holiday, thank you. The villa was perfect for our needs and we particularly liked the location which had fabulous views. We will definitely be visiting Cyprus again in the near future, and we are currently looking to book another holiday in the summer to the Mediterranean. We would definitely recommend Villa Naxos to everyone! I would also recommend hiring a car as we did, as this opens up the whole of Cyprus to explore, in particularly the restaurant "The Last Castle" which is located north of Coral Bay. No menu, just great food. Thank you for all your help in booking such a wonderful villa!''

''Warm welcome right from the start with Andreas meeting us at the airport, and return. Lovely Villa with everything we needed. Angela was helpful even taking us to the car hire, which was needed!! We loved our first visit to Cyprus, & hope to return. The Villa was well equipped & comfortable with a great clean outside space with a wide choice of seating. We recommend the last castle BBQ restaurant near the gorge (limited BBQ menu, but worth a visit) the info recommended booking but we managed to get seated ok. Once again thank you and you staff for all your help and no problem if you want to use this info on your web-site regards Dorothy Bowes & friends ''

''The villa was absolutely perfect. We booked 2 villas next door to each other as it was for a family birthday. Both villas were lovely and were as per the pictures on the website which was a pleasant change as I've booked villas before and the pictures have always been 4-5 years out of date so we could not fault it at all. The view from the rooms and the terrace were amazing. The location was great, away from everything during the day but very close to restaurants in the evening. On this trip we found a few new restaurants which we loved, we went to ONiros which is near the Ship wreck outside Coral Bay it was lovely simple fresh food and beautiful Cocktails. We also discovered another restaurant close by to this one which was Greek and the fish they served was absolutely lovely, The restaurant was called Yialos. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. The Brewery Bar in Peyia was also very good and the entertainment in the evening at the weekend was quite fun. Would definitely recommend it. I would also recommend a visit to the restaurant at the Last Castle it is a very interesting experience through part of the Akamas Peninsula before heading up to the hills there. Definitely worth a visit. The service provided was very good and would most definitely recommend your company to others. Steven provided great service when I was arranging the holiday - I couldn't have asked for more''
The Paphos District
Cyprus has more to offer the visitor than any other Mediterranean island, a fascinating blend of landscape, climate, history and culture. There is a seemingly endless coastline of sandy coves and beaches washed gently by crystal clear blue waters.
Travel a little way from the coast into the pine forests , an hours drive in the Winter for skiing in the Troodos Mountains; experience a kaleidoscope of colours in the Spring time; meet the local people whose reputation for good food and hospitality is world-wide and you will discover for yourself why this magical island has been attracting people for over 9,000 years.
Birthplace of Aphrodite and in Roman times the capital of Cyprus, Paphos is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus and is situated on the southwest coast. Sheltered from the north by the Troodos Mountains, it has the healthiest climate in the Mediterranean. Paphos Harbour with it's ancient castle, marine and water sports centres, is lined with colourful restaurants serving fresh fish and marine delicacies. Nearby are archaeological sites, rich with antiquities, providing an interest away from the usual - in fact UNESCO has included Paphos on it's World Cultural Heritage List. There are no private beaches on the island and Cyprus boasts dozens of European Blue Flag awards. The secluded sandy beaches are perfect for snorkelling and every watersport you can imagine.
Golf can be enjoyed on 4 courses within a 40 minute drive. (please ask us for further details)
The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (1km away/15 minute walk) having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and a bank (to name but a few). Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities. Only a short drive and you are at the Akamas Peninsula with its stunning unspoilt landscape and beaches as well as a few hidden gems for lunch or drinks in the afternoon.

"Beautiful, Peaceful 5 star Villa..."
We stayed in this Villa for 10 days during July having never been to Cyprus before. Whilst we personally did not like Paphos or the resort of Coral Bay (all down to personal taste) we could not fault the Villa at all it was a 4/5 star Villa. The Villa is bigger and better than any of the photos I had seen. The inside and outside space was very good (the pool was much bigger and could easily accommodate family of 5). We were two couples and an infant and we never felt on top of each other. There are three twin/double bedrooms. Two on the top floor and one twin on the ground floor with the rest of the living space. The decor was beautiful and maintained to a good standard. The facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher came in really useful during our stay and made the villa feel like a home away from home. In terms of location the villa is on a private road with 3 other villas none of which you are particulary over looked (we saw one other guest in another villa during our whole stay). Its set back from the village which might be a problem for some as its a short walk (on roads) to the village should you want to eat out of an evening etc. This was not a problem for us as we hired a car and explored the Island and frequented places such as Latchi and Polis as we did not really like the English feel of Coral Bay and Paphos. The Villa was cleaned to a very high standard mid stay and the pool was cleaned every other day (and we only saw the pool man once as he comes very early and is very quiet). I would definitely recommend this Villa to those wanting a peaceful sun soaked holiday.
