The Paphos District

Coral Bay is approx 3 km with its popular sandy beach and water sports. You will also find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops etc. Beyond the scenic Sea Caves and St Georges area one can discover the beautiful, unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, like a National Park and hosts the famous turtle reserve on Lara beach! Paphos is only a 10 minute drive, where you have the old town with markets and the harbour (Kato Paphos). Both areas have a variety of Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. In the region you have many tourist attractions and facilities, including the ancient mosaics and tomb of the kings, a water park, go-karts, horse riding, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, fishing and much more… Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.

The living area is open planned with a well fitted kitchen area with all one could need including a washing machine. The sitting area has a large sofa bed, television & DVD player; you have patio doors onto the large balcony with a table, 4 chairs and sun beds. The bedroom is a good size room with double bed, built in wardrobes and patio doors onto the same balcony. The bathroom is modern and tastefully tiled with a shower over the bath. There is air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom for your comfort.

Outside there is plenty of residents parking and this ‘mini resort’ offers excellent facilities, usually only found in a hotel… You have a large figure ‘8’ shaped swimming pool with bridge over, plenty of space for sun bathing and relaxing. There is an outside Jacuzzi, well equipped gym, sauna, squash court and lawn bowls – perfect for those seeking an active holiday, to work-off last nights Meze or to keep up with their regular exercise… All positioned in a truly delightful setting, bordering a small ravine with a lovely outlook over the adjoining countryside and views to the sea towards Coral Bay.
