Home description
This modern, smart residence is furnished to a very high standard and offers a light and spacious open plan living area, with extra wide patio doors to the veranda and pool.
There are 3 large cherry red leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, to accommodate an extra 2 people if required (there is a folding room divider to screen this area slightly) guests sleeping here would use the ground floor shower room. The kitchen is well fitted with all one would need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms are arranged on the first floor with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The master room has an en-suite shower room and the other bedrooms share a good sized family bathroom. There is also a comfortable sitting area on the first floor, with patio doors to the full width balcony where a staircase leads to the roof terrace. As mentioned, the villa has the great feature of a large roof terrace with full size pool table, table and chairs - a superb area with fantastic views, perfect to enjoy a drink, watch the sunset, sun bathe or a game of pool!.. Air-Conditioning is installed to the living area and each bedroom, this is included in the rental at no extra charge. The main focus to this property is the breath-taking backdrop to the 9 x 5m private swimming pool - sat in the lounge reading a book, relaxing on the sun beds or enjoying most meals on the outdoor table and chairs you can’t help enjoy the far reaching outlook over Peyia, Coral Bay towards Paphos and out to sea… Please note: There are stairs giving access to the villa from the driveway – a little price to pay for a view like this… Also, we want to make all holiday makers aware, at the time of writing these details other property is under construction on the same site as Villa Evaline. The Paphos District
The house is located on the outskirts of Peyia Village in Zalakia area, approximately 700 – 800 m walk from the great amenities of Peyia. These include supermarkets, banks, various excellent local taverns, a bakery, pharmacy, etc. Coral Bay is approx 2 km with its popular sandy beach and water sports. You will also find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The Akamas National Park is approx 3-4 km including famous turtle reserve on Lara beach!
Peyia area
Paphos is only a 10 minute drive, where you have the old town with markets and the harbour. Both areas have a variety of Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. In the area you have many tourist attractions and facilities, including the ancient mosaics and tomb of the kings, a water park, go-karts, horse riding, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, fishing and much more… Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
