Villa Atlanta is a luxury 3 bedroom; 2 bathroom villa with a large swimming pool situated in a peaceful location in the pretty village of Peyia overlooking Coral Bay.
The villa is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing self catering holiday close to the beach with a good choice of local amenities and places of interest, this area offers something for all ages.
The ground floor of the villa is open plan and very spacious and has a large well equipped kitchen dining area at one end. The large comfortable living area with a comfortable leather suite and TV and DVD has patio doors leading out onto the private sun terrace and pool. There is a light and spacious double bedroom on the ground floor with private shower and EC has patio doors eith village views and plenty of wardrobe storage.
On the first floor there is the large master bedroom which enjoys stunning uninterrupted sea views from the private balcony and a private en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a large twin bedroom which also has an en suite bathroom and private balcony with patio furniture.
The villa has a private sun trap courtyard garden and shares a large secure swimming pool with four other villas and Coral Bay and Lara Beaches are just a few minutes away. Peyia village has a good selection of village amenities. Which include supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, pizzeria, banks, pharmacy and a good choice of local tavernas to enjoy a sociable Cypriot Meze?

The Paphos District
With an all year round Mediterranean climate Paphos is very popular with visitors from the Europe looking for a cosmopolitan holiday resort, good weather and plenty to do and see. Paphos is most established holiday resort in Southern Cyprus and among its attractions are its ancient mosaic floors, historical sites, a beautiful old harbour, its modern hotels and restaurants, situated along the harbour front promenade. Other sights include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine castle of Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paulas Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite (the goddess of love and beauty).
In the old area of Kato Paphos there are little winding streets with shops and and an undercover market to browse around for your holiday souvenirs and then you can relax in one of the street cafes overlooking Paphos harbour.
The climate of Cyprus makes the summer months a popular time for tourism in Paphos, when temperatures are mid 30s degrees Celsius every day. However the cooler winter months attract keen walkers, mountain biking enthusiasts and skiers to the Troodos Mountains and Akamas peninsular areas. Paphos is a year round destination with something for all ages.
Peyia area
Peyia is a very popular and charming village situated on a gently sloping hillside overlooking Coral Bay. It is very traditional in look and feel with little winding streets and traditional stone houses with an old village church and shops at the centre. Peyia offers visitors a good selection of amenities including banks, doctors, two supermarkets, a fantastic bakery, butchers, fishmongers, DVD shop and launderette. It also offers a good selection of traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze, or you can try Chloes that offers themed food evenings throughout the week.
The famous sandy beaches at Coral Bay are just a few minutes drive from Peyia and Coral Bay can be seen from Peyia. Coral Bay offers visitors an alternative selection of shops and restaurants with everything from Italian, Chinese, Cypriot and Indian cuisine. Several of the larger hotels in Coral Bay have very good health spas.
