A super 2 bedroom apartment, very bright and spacious offering an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which naturally spills out of the 2 patio doors onto the balcony!.. From the first floor apartment of this attractive building you have a lovely view of the rugged countryside. The living area has a sofa bed, so you can sleep upto 6 people if required. The kitchen area is well equipped with all one will need, including a washing machine. Both bedrooms are a generous size with built in wardrobes and air conditioning. You have a large double room with en-suite shower room, plus a good twin bedroom (with 2 single beds). The main bathroom is modern, tastefully tiled with a shower over the bath. Outside there is plenty of residents parking and this ‘mini resort’ offers excellent facilities, usually only found in a hotel… You have a large figure ‘8’ shaped swimming pool with bridge over, plenty of space for sun bathing and relaxing. There is an outside Jacuzzi, well equipped gym, sauna, squash court and lawn bowls – perfect for those seeking an active holiday, to work-off last nights Meze or to keep up with their regular exercise… All positioned in a truly delightful setting, border a small ravine with a lovely outlook over the adjoining countryside and views to the sea towards Coral Bay. Located in the beautiful rural fringes of Peyia Village, approximately 900m (a 7-10 minute walk) from the fun and busy Cypriot village of Peyia, which offers 3 supermarkets, banks, 6 or 7 excellent local taverns, bars, a bakery, pharmacy and butchers, etc. Coral Bay is approx 3 km with its popular sandy beach and water sports. You will also find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops etc. Beyond the scenic Sea Caves and St Georges area one can discover the beautiful, unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, like a National Park and hosts the famous turtle reserve on Lara beach! Paphos is only a 10 minute drive, where you have the old town with markets and the harbour (Kato Paphos). Both areas have a variety of Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. In the region you have many tourist attractions and facilities, including the ancient mosaics and tomb of the kings, a water park, go-karts, horse riding, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, fishing and much more… Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
