Apartment Katinka is located on a small development of just 22 apartments in the popular and very pretty village of Peyia, a quaint traditional village on a gently sloped hillside overlooking Coral Bay.

This bright spacious air conditioned one bedroom apartment has been stylishly furnished for a very comfortable self catering holiday for up to four guests. The large open plan lounge dining area has two large comfortable sofas one of which is a good quality spring action sofa bed, coffee table, LCD TV and DVD. The fully equipped modern kitchen has ceramic hob and oven, microwave and washing machine. The modern family bathroom has a bath with over shower. The spacious master bedroom has a large double bed with orthopaedic mattress and a full wall of wardrobe storage space.

Peyia village has a good selection of amenities which include banks, supermarkets, bakery, delicatessen, butchers, doctors, dentist and pharmacy as well as a good choice of local tavernas and international cuisine restaurants.

Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool or go to the famous sandy Coral Bay and Lara Beaches which are just a five minute drive. It is Ideal for families or couples looking for good quality self catering accommodation within walking distance of amenities in an area that offers a great choice of things to do and see.

The Paphos District

With an all year round Mediterranean climate Paphos is very popular with visitors from the UK, Germany and Scandinavia looking for a cosmopolitan holiday resort.

Paphos is most established holiday resort in Southern Cyprus and among its attractions are its ancient mosaic floors, historical sites, a beautiful old harbour, its modern hotels and restaurants, situated along the harbour front promenade. Paphos offers shopping in the tourist beach promenade and the old town area of Kato Paphos has a wonderful old covered market area to browse around.

In addition to the wonderful choice of beaches and all year sunshine Paphos offers families a fantastic choice of modern or traditional restaurants, and many things to do and see, from water parks, to go carting, Golf to Luxury spas there is something for all ages to enjoy.


Peyia area

Peyia is a very popular and charming village situated on a gently sloping hillside overlooking Coral Bay. It is very traditional in look and feel with little winding streets and traditional stone houses with an old village church and shops at the centre.

Peyia offers visitors a good selection of amenities including banks, doctors, two supermarkets, a fantastic bakery, butchers, fishmongers, DVD shop and launderette. It also offers a good selection of traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze, or you can try Chloes that offers themed food evenings throughout the week.
