Home description
Villa Katerina is a 4 year old property, situated on an elevated position, panoramic views of the mountains and sea, with Paphos town and Coral Bay visible. Katerina is fully equipped with all modern furnishings and caters for all needs. The private pool is to rear of the property giving it a good degree of privacy, with views out over the valley. There is an outside BBQ area, pool shower and a covered dining area outside.
The inside of the villa is finished to a very high standard with marble floors, fully fitted separate kitchen leading into a dining room and living room to the rear overlooking the pool. The bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor, as is the main entrance. There is a small drive and ample parking to the front .The property is very secure and enclosed making it ideal for children and is located on a quiet lane with the bars, restaurants, shops and banks in Peyia village just a short 10 min walk away.

The Paphos District
Paphos has many shops and best buys include jewellery and spectacles.There is a daily market in the old town from 0830-1330 , next to the bus station (closed sundays) . There are two Debenhams department stores , one by the harbour the other by the large roundabout you would of passed coming from the airport .The shopping street in the old town starts from Georges Optical Centre on the corner and heads uphill towards the market . Here you will find Marks and Spencer's as well as local outlets.
For a visit to the old Paphos , follow on foot the narrow streets behind the market, why not visit a coffee shop and see the unusual items for sale in shops nearby. For tourist shops, head down to the harbour area and walk along the sea front where you are sure to find your Cypriot souvenirs.
Paphos has lots to offer, from sophisticated sea front coffee bars, to entertainment for the young and the young at heart who all head to bar street, located just behind Mcdonalds .Here the nightlife carries on until the small hours and there is a bar to suit everyone .There are restaurants to suit all tastes from Chinese, to typical Cypriot food. Try the great value menus along the sea front. Also at Paphos is the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos archaeological and heritage sites, the catacombs and a healing tree are nearby .
Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia village has various bars and restaurants, shops and tavernas with a large supermarket situated approx 500 meters from the villa behind the church called Phillipos. Also in the village are gift shops , banks, bakerys and butchers.

Coral Bay: There are several supermarkets in the resort, gift shops, jewellery shops and an optician along the high street. Nightlife is mainly centred around the various bars open until the early hours.some have entertainment on offer from karaoke to big screen sports ,some also have live music.
A Pharmacy is situated at the top of the high street. For the beach follow the main street over the speed bumps and you will see the beach bar and signs to the beach on your left , park here and the beach is a short walk down to the bay. There is a restaurant on the main beach and you can hire sunbeds and parasols also. There are several taxi companies in the area .The taxi rank is at the top of the high street .There is also a regular bus service to Paphos harbour and market .Villa Katerina is an ideal base for golf lovers. Tsada Golf Club, Aphrodite Hills & Secret Valley Golf Club are all within easy reach. Located 20 mins from Paphos Town, Tsada Golf Club is 18 holes of superb Championship Golf set in the grounds of a 12th Century monastery in a gentle valley. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060m. At an altitude of 550ms above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer.
