The Paphos District
Paphos is one of the most popular holiday destinations on Cyprus, combining the history of the ancient port with a modern cosmopolitan city, Paphos and the surrounding area offers something for everyone. The harbour offers and extensive range of tavernas and restaurants, catering for every cuisine.
The popular resort of Coral Bay is just to the north of Paphos, with excellent beaches with a full range of water sports, restaurants and shopping facilities, being just ten minutes drive from the villa.
Peyia / Peyia Village area
Just 40 minutes drive from Paphos International Airport and a 10 minute drive along the coastal road from Paphos, Peyia is a popular traditional Cypriot town rising up the hillside above Coral Bay. Centred around the beautiful Basilica the town offers very good shopping facilities including a local butcher, supermarkets and banks, with a number of traditional tavernas, many offering a takeaway or delivery service.
The villa is approached along a level road from the village, giving dramatic views across the valley and along the coastline from Coral Bay to Paphos. The foothills of the Troudos mountains rise from behind the villa giving a dramatic backdrop.
How to get there
Cyprus is enjoying a rise in popularity with many new, familiar and scheduled airlines flying to the island. This villa is ideally located to Paphos International aiprort, and can also be acessed from Larnaca.
Whilst the house is a level walk from Peyia, about 1 mile, we would recommend hiring a car from the airport. We usally use Economy Car Hire, as they are both reasonably priced and offer good quality cars

Two twin rooms, family bathroom with washing machine. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, complementing the maple beds, large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. All rooms are fitted with blackout blinds and air conditioning units.
Further details outdoors: This property provides the guest with a large private swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing terrace, poolside shower and shaded sitting area with all weather comfortable seating. The villa is surrounded by a well-stocked Mediterranean garden providing wonderful colour throughout the year.
Covered pergola with a luxurious Havana all weather outside dining suite, seats 8. A large freestanding BBQ is conveniently located between the kitchen and the alfresco dining area, with easy access to citrus trees and herbs.
The front is paved to allow ample parking for two cars. Whilst the villa is on a level walk to Peyia village, the village centre is about 1 mile(1.5km) distant.
