All rooms have a/con. Three bedrooms, one twin bedded en suite on the ground floor, master bedroom with en suite and second large twin bedded room also with adjacent bathroom. Balconies to the upper bedrooms. Ground floor bedroom opens through patio doors onto poolside. There is also a large sofa bed in the lounge. Stunning views from the balconies. Ideal for 3 couples or larger families; 5 minutes drive from village centre and shops/banks/restaurants, etc., 10 minutes drive from Coral Bay beach, which is highly recommended as one of the best on the island. Villa managed by English residents who also live in the village so are on hand to make your holiday successful.

The Paphos District
In Paphos there are ample museums, mosaics, Tombs of the Kings area, Seaworld. In town there is a popular Saturday market, indoor and outdoor, where fresh food and souveniers can be bought.
UK shops such as Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Next and Mothercare can be found in town also. The harbour area is also very popular with tourists and has many restaurants and tavernas offering wonderful fresh fish.
Take a trip out on the glass bottom boat or book a fishing trip from here. The old fort at the head of the harbour provides excellent views and there are often open air concerts in front of the fort where music and singing can be enjoyed.
There are many water sports available and Paphos has its own Waterpark. Coach trips can be booked to see the Troodos mountain area, to Nicosia, to Limassol and other areas.
Peyia area
Is a large typical Cypriot village overlooking Coral Bay. Its quaint buildings overlook the village square where you can sit and watch the world go by.
The coast below the village is very special too, known as Sea Caves and there is a labyrinth of spectacular formations that over the centuries have been carved by the sea into the soft rock. Enjoy an evening of meze in the local village taverna, a meal at Sophie's restaurant or at Costa's.
The village has adequate supermarkets, banks, a pharmacy, doctor, wonderful bakery baking 7 days per week, a take away, a delicatessen and a fish market. There is a very popular bowls club in Coral Bay.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos airport from most UK airports by Thomson, Flythomascook, First Choice, CyprusAir, Monarch. EasyJet now also fly into Paphos from Manchester and Gatwick.
Flight search sites - flythomascook - Thomsonfly - skyscanner.co.uk -Flightlink. Flights weekdays and weekends. We do offer an airport pick-up service in a 4x4 at a rate much cheaper than airport taxis, €35 each way, payable at time, but please request this at the time of booking.
For car hire we recommend looking at the website for local company www.elephantrentacar.com. DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT - go west for approximately 20 kms,going through Paphos, along the coast road. Will be signposted to Coral Bay.
You will reach a crossroads with Coral Bay to the left and the village of Peyia to the right, turn right and follow the road towards the hills to the village centre, approx 4 kms. The villa lies jin an elevated position, just behind the village centre and full directions will be given on booking.

Extremely good quality furnishings throughout. Water dispenser installed in kitchen. Weekly management service to include linen/towel change for holidays of more than 7 days duration. It is possible to arrange the hire of travel cot/pushchair/highchair if required at extra cost.
Ample supply of good quality tablewear and cutlery. No need for electric adapters, Cyprus uses the same voltage as UK. No smoking inside.
Further details outdoors: Patio furnished with tables and chairs and sunloungers. Pool cleaned twice weekly during summer months. Ample off road parking, all in a quiet and sunny location.

On requesting a booking, a booking form will be emailed and a 10% non returnable deposit required. A UK address will be supplied to which the deposit cheque should be sent.
There is NO requirement to pay the balance prior to arrival; instead, the balance is payable on arrival in sterling. You will be met at the villa on arrival, shown around and given a key. Air conditioning is available if required at a cost of €5 per unit per day, paid locally.
Vacate by 10 am on day of departure, villa available to occupy after 3 pm, unless otherwise arranged by prior agreement. It may be possible to be flexible on these times depending on incoming visitors, but please ask. Management team contactable by mobile phone during your stay if needed.
