This lovely apartment is situated in the picturesque village of Pegeia and only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful "blue flag rated' sandy beaches at Coral Bay - Local amenities are close at hand.Quiet and peaceful yet only a short drive from the nightlife and attractions of Paphos.
The apartment benefits from its own private garden, with a large sunbathing area overlooking the shared pool. Leading from the living room is a balcony with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Paphos District
Paphos is a city on the southwest coast of Cyprus.The origins of Paphos date back well over 3000 years and the town is built on the site where it is said that the Greek Goddess Aphrodite was born. Just 9 miles from the nearest airport. Paphos is seeing an increasing number of visitors coming to enjoy the lively seafront atmosphere of holidays in Paphos.
Paphos holidays have plenty of bars, discos and traditional tavernas to enjoy and some charming cafés. Further inland the town slopes up a hill where you can stroll through its narrow lanes to browse the boutiques and craft shops. There are a number of beaches around Paphos and a series of rocky coves. About 5 miles north of Paphos, Coral Bay is a very popular sandy beach and there is a bus service to get you there.
A Paphos holiday will have no shortage of water sports available including scuba diving, jet skiing, snorkeling and parasailing. Children of all ages can enjoy the water park nearby. Holidays in Paphos can also offer some extraordinary places of cultural heritage. Just a mile north of the town 'The Tomb of the Kings' is the final resting place of a group of aristocrats that lived in Paphos in Biblical times and features Doric pillars carved out of the solid rock and remarkable frescoed walls. With a vibrant nightlife and lots of things to see and do Paphos holidays have a great deal to offer for families and couples alike.
Peyia / Zalakia area
The Picturesque village of Peyia is set in the beautiful foothills of Paphos District. It lies 3 miles inland and offers the true local Cypriot atmosphere. There is an abundance of taverners, bars and coffee shops to sample local life.
A short drive from Peyia is the fabulous Coral Bay with its EU rated blueflag sandy beaches renowned for being the best in the area. In high season it offers plenty of water sports. Coral Bay also has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
Peyia is in close proximity to the Protected Akamas National Park, where the turtles come to lay their eggs and there is a spectacular unspolit landscape to be explored.
How to get there
-Fly to Paphos - Peyia is a 45 minute drive from the airport; alternatively fly to Larnaca the drive is approx. 1hr 45 mins.
-Roads are quiet and the drive is quite straightforward following the coast.
-Check out Travelsupermarket.com for cheap carhire - cheaper to book before you get to Cyprus.
-Cheap flights available from most UK airports with XL.com, Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Cyprus airways.

Further details indoors: The property is 1 year old and all fixtures and fittings are brand new. The living area has 2 comfortable sofa (one is a sofa-bed), TV with satellite channels, CD music system and DVD player.
The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom contains a king sized bed. A baby cot is also provided.
The bathroom has a bath and overbath shower, Towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Further details outdoors: The property features a spacious patio area to the rear with gas barbeque and sundeck with loungers and parasol to the side with overlook the pool.
Loungers are provided by the shared pool which enjoys excellent views in a quiet location overlooking the valley and sea in the distance.
