Welcome to this spacious 1 bedroomed home from home apartment with seaviews! With all year round appeal and you can see from the guest feedback how well liked and enjoyed this apartment is. You are unlikely to be disappointed, hopefully pleasantly surprised. Take a look inside - although we are charging very low rates this does not mean a compromise on standards. Not at all! On the contrary rooms as good as some 5 * hotels. Located on the edge of Peyia village, this recently built apartment overlooks Coral Bay beach resort, and is convenient for village amenities, and village life with big supermarket and plenty of restaurants 1.2km For night life Coral Bay is 3km away, as are the sandy beaches 4km. . The apartment is air conditioned, and furnished to a high standard, with flat screen TV, DVDs. The terrace is like a large living room - ideal for eating outside. Easy parking outside too.
From the swimming pool there are both sea and mountain views. The village is just a 10 minute stroll away (3min by car) from the development and here you will find an excellent bakery, a number of local restaurants, tavernas, bars, banks and excellent local supermarkets. Coral Bay with it's blue flag sandy beach is only a 5 minute drive away and here you will find further numerous bars and restaurants as well as the watersports that are on offer.
Just 20 minutes away you will find Paphos town and harbour where you can shop, or just take a stroll along the new seafront and stop to watch the activities in the picturesque harbour whilst having a drink or a meal. Visit the mosaics which are among the most beautiful in the world or just take in the antiquities of Paphos Castle and Ancient Odeon.
To recap - the apartment itself is beautifully furnished and has a more than adequate kitchen/dining area leading through to a living room. From here patio doors lead out onto the large terrace with sunloungers, and chinese wave. Very homely - and great for couples with 1-2 young children. Could easily live here quite happily.

Very low prices for this standard of accommodation. Smoking Ok outside - just need to clean up after. There are about 10 steps down to the apartment door. So not ideal for infirm but no more difficult than stairs at home. No facilities other than the pool and children's pool. Most amenities available in Peyia village a 10 min walk away.
Conditions
£100 breakage deposit, refundable. 15% booking deposit (minimum £100), balance 4 weeks prior. Keysafe at property, and you can pay in Euros or Sterling. Very good agent on hand locally.
Long term lets are the winter price throughout year, but they have to be whilst there are no other bookings
Cleaning is an additional cost that we incur on guest' departure in preparation for the next guests, so this is added to each rental - about £60. Also includes the services of our agent in case you need to contact someone locally about the apartment.

The Paphos region
With over 300 days of sunshine and warmth per year, Cyprus is ideal for a late or early holiday in the sun. Paphos, the island’s second largest resort, is now one of its leading towns, 'open' all year round.
Known as the place where Aphrodite walked in from the sea, it is immensley popular with holidaymakers, yet still retains character and ancient history. Built around the medieval port, Paphos offers luxury hotels, tavernas and plenty of entertainment as well as the the Venus Rock, the ancient mosaics and the Baths of Aphrodite. Also the Paphos Medieval Fort and The Tombs of the Kings. There is much for the history lover to see including a number of churches and museums to visit too.
The Paphos Aphrodite Water Park is the perfect place to cool down and have some great fun. But not forgetting go-karts, horse riding, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, bird & reptile park, jeep safaris fishing and much more….
The old town with markets and the harbour offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and night clubs while there is a covered market in the town centre. Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
30 minutes to the north, you will also find the delightful town of Polis and the Harbour at Latchi famous for its selection of seaside restaurants. Beyond the scenic Sea Caves and St Georges area one can discover the beautiful, unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, only 20 minutes away from Peyia, like a National Park and hosts the famous turtle reserve on Lara beach! The roads are better described as tracks, and lead to some of the most undeveloped white sandy beaches in the south of the island. Back to nature!
Further away for a day trip you can go to North Cyprus, or the Troodos Mountains - skiing in Winter! Cool off in Summer! Mountain walks and scenery.
The Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia is a delightful holiday village overlooking the sea, about 14km from Paphos, and is reached by driving along a pleasant coastal road fringed with hotels, restaurants and tavernas, and open beaches.
The village lies about 3km above Coral Bay which is regarded as having the best beaches in the west of Cyprus. Coral Bay has a wide range of lively restaurants, tavernas and entertainment to cater for a wide variety of visitors.
The village of Peyia retains much of its historical Cypriot charm - there are several tavernas in the main square, as well as Cypriot coffee houses, supermarkets, banks, church and a mix of new and renovated pubs and bars.
Peyia is a 35 mintue drive from Paphos airport and is well placed for access to the main 3 golf courses in Cyprus (all within 30 minutes drive) and sits at the fringe of the Akamas Peninsula, a National Park area designated for special protection from development.

Plenty of flights to Cyprus either from Europe or UK. Monarch, EasyJet, Thomas Cook, Cyprus Airways are always worth considering. I can help you identify good flight deals for you to book independently. Paphos airport is very convenient, and is out of town by the sea - you can even sunbathe after checking in! Larnaca is 75 minutes drive along a good dual carriage way. From Paphos you can follow the coast road north, until you see sign for Peyia about 15km north of Paphos. 3km up the hill its just 1km to the south of the village centre. Although there are taxis and buses, car hire is the best way to travel - and as they drive on the left, easy for UK guests. I use Argus Car Hire or Travel Supermarket - I can help you with this too. .

Hopefully we offer a better standard of apartment, as we have tried to avoid an apartment that is sparsley furnished with cheap soft mattresses, and gone for a high standard of furnishings, and likewise of management, and bought in an excellent location, albeit not next to the sea! You can pay in Euros, USD or £. Long term lets 3 months plus - the prices shown for Winter are also for long term lets.
Cleaning costs extra as they are significant in comparison to the low rent. (at cost = 75 euros or £65 per booking) A real bargain as even with cleaning, costs start at £24 per day (up to around £40/day - at peak times) 4 x the size of some hotel rooms, with option of saving on meals out. The daily rates only apply if they work out less than the weekly rate. Pro rata for 1-2 weeks. 50% of cleaning costs.
