Home description

The apartment is 200 meters from the quiet village of Peyia on the west coast of Cyprus, close to the coastal resort of Coral Bay with its “Blue Flag”, sandy beach and the Akamas Peninsula, a natural wilderness of incredible beauty.
Beautiful views of the sea and sunset can be enjoyed from the balcony facing west as well as from the spacious roof terrace, where you can relax on a chair or simply lay on the sunbeds. There is also a nice patio with BBQ and sitting area facing Peyia.
It is a two bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 up to 6 people and offers a shared good size swimming pool. Built with comfort and space in mind, then furnished and fitted to the highest standard.

The Paphos District

Paphos, the ancient capital of Cyprus, is approximately 20 mins drive. You will find both old archaeologic and new areas. From the harbour with it´s ancient fort, boat, fishing and diving trips are available to the delightful bays. Besides, there are excursions to the mosaics, some of the finest in the Mediterranean.
Here you can enjoy a wonderful meal in one of the many tavernas and restaurants dotted along the harbour side and Kato Paphos. A visit to the old town with its colourful markets is a must for bargains and souvenirs, also the surrounded maze of streets with shops of all descriptions from local goods to Italian clothes and shoes. Kato Paphos is the tourist and newer area of town, including a water park, a lively night life and more to be found here. Paphos also offers easy access to the Troodos Mountains and protected Akamas Peninsula. The airport is approximately 15 Km southeast of Kato Paphos.


Peyia area

The apartment is about 10mins stroll, from the warm, friendly and welcoming village of Peyia, where you will get a feeling of village life. Peyia it is at 19km northwest of Paphos. The village could have Byzantine origins. Four-and-a-half kilometers from Pegeia are the ruins of two early Christian basilicas with mosaic floors.
You will find the fountains, several tavernas offering good local food a reasonable prices, which are frequented by ex-pats, visitors and local alike (always a good sign), and a Pub. There is also a couple of good supermarkets at the top of the hill behind the impressively large church; a butchers, a bakery, a fish shop, a pharmacy and a bank with ATM. Views towards the coastline are superb from here. This is definitely the place for rest and relaxation.

The location in Peyia village means that you are close enough to most amenities - but far enough away to have a quite and relaxing time. If you want to get out and about then a hire car is probably best.
