The villa has its own swimming pool and is set in a private road on a hillside overlooking the sea. The view is breathtaking and the sun shines on the terraces from dawn till dusk.
On entry through the front door to the 'Grand' upper level you enter a spacious open plan lounge with three sofas and kitchen/diner with seating for six. There are two patio doors that lead onto the upper sun terrace with its own patio table and chairs and there is a master en suite bedroom with patio doors to upper sun terrace plus second bedroom with twin beds and main bathroom next door.
Lower level 'Poolside' is totally self contained and is approached by outside steps having its own front door, you enter into a fully equipped kitchen/diner with lounge area including a leather sofa bed and off the lounge area there is a spacious third bedroom in the property, which is en suite and having twin beds and patio doors to lower sun terrace. Also on this level is a very large covered area which includes an outside shower room, this area is ideal for escaping the midday sun or alfresco dining.

The Paphos District
Paphos is the mythical birthplace of the goddess Aphrodites and is a UNESCO world heritage site. In Greco-Roman times Paphos was the island's capital, near the old harbour are the fine Roman mosaics of the Governor's Palace which is a major attraction. Paphos today is a bustling holiday resort with plenty of shops and nightlife the old harbour is very attractive and has many tavernas, restaurants and bars.
Peyia / Peyia Village area
Peyia is set on a hillside with fantastic views over the Medditeranean and surrounding hillsides.The village is very traditional but with many amenities, there are small streets and alleyways that lead away from the central square which has an attractive church at it's centre. There are banks, restaurants,bars and local supermarkets that can cater for your daily needs. In less than ten minutes you can drive down to the lively Coral Bay resort area with it's fine sandy beach, shops restaurants and bars.

Paphos International Airport is the nearest airport approx a 30 minute drive to Peyia (Pegeia) taxi transfer or car hire can be arranged on your behalf, we recommend on arrival at Paphos airport that you travel by taxi, for your first journey to the villa.

Further details indoors: Villa 'Eleven' is a stunning unique property spacious bright and modern, both levels have their own front doors and are totally self contained, the upper level being two bedroom and more spacious and the lower level being one bedroom with more than adequate space and privacy. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the property is fully air-conditioned.
Further details outdoors: Outside, the property has fantastic sea and hillside views, the sun shines over the pool from dawn till dusk, this can be enjoyed while sitting on the upper sun terrace or sun bathing around the 8x4 pool on the large lower terrace. You can access the lower level via a futuristic floating staircase which connects the two outside terraces, if you need to escape the sun, there is a covered patio area where there are comfortable table and chairs for alfresco dining and an added bonus of an outside shower room. There is also an outside shower by the pool and sun loungers.

Welcome packs are provided on arrival. Towels are also provided for use within the villa, please bring your own beach towels. Visitors check in time is 14.00 hours and check out at 11.00 hours, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. Children welcome, it is the guests responsibilty to supervise young children at all times.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival in Cyprus. If required date is less than 8 weeks from the time of booking, payment will be required in full. A refundable damage/breakage deposit of £200GBP will also be required at the time of full payment.
