With a seaview from the terrace where you can relax and dine in the sun, this fully air conditioned ground floor single storey apartment is positioned on the edge of the complex (only 50 apartments), away from the large attractive communal pool measuring 18m long. The apartment is ideal for those who wish to take it easy and enjoy a relaxing break.Centre of village 1.3km. Car hire recommended or use of local taxi. Long term rental possible. Welcome packs and airport pickups can be arranged at extra charge.
Less than 10 miles from the picturesque harbour town of Paphos and under 2 miles from the glorious sandy beach at Coral Bay, shallow waters suitable for children, sunbeds and parasols for rent, the apartment is situated on a quiet position on a small complex in Peyia, a village with traditional tavernas, supermarket, local shops, bars and banks with ATMs can be found less than 1400 metres from the complex. In nearby Coral Bay there's a glorious sandy beach, good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The island of Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. It encompasses citrus and olive groves, pine forested mountains, and some of Europe's cleanest beaches.

The Paphos District
Paphos is a large town with many banks and shops, Debenhams and Next among them. It has a picturesque harbour and sea front promenade with cafes, bars and restaurants to suit every budget. There are lots of historic sites, among them The Tomb of the Kings. There is a water park in Paphos and it is possible to go up into the mountains where traditional life can be seen.
Peyia / Peyia Village area
Coral Bay has a lovely sandy beach and a few cafes, bars and restaurants. Parking is available free of charge by the beachfront and there is a very cheap regular bus service to and from Paphos. Peyia itself is a traditional village with a bank with ATM, dvd hire shop, butchers, a couple of supermarkets, tavernas and bars and restaurants. Take a trip to the donkey sanctuary and the local winery. Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses are less than a 30 minute drive away.
How to get there
30 mins from Paphos airport, drive to Coral Bay, then up to Peyia. easyjet fly to Paphos from Gatwick and Manchester, XL from Bristol, We can arrange airport pick ups and recommend car hire companies.

Large bathroom with full size bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob and extractor. Dining area and lounge area with leather armchairs, tv for watching dvds and full stereo system. Ceiling fan in lounge area and blinds to keep the sun out if necessary.
Air-conditioning in living area and bedroom and ceiling fans in both rooms.. Colour TV for watching DVDs (hire shop in village). Multi-region DVD player which plays a variety of CD formats. Bath towels and linen are provided and are changed weekly. Just bring beach towels. Electronic safe for keeping personal items secure. Private parking bay. We have invested in quality furniture so that you will be comfortable during your stay.
Further details outdoors: The ground floor apartment is on the end of a rank of 3 and no-one needs to walk directly in front. The apartment has its own parking space. There is one step from the carpark into the part of the complex where the apartment is situated. Lovely terrace with patio furniture and parasol. Sunbeds can be taken to the pool. Large communal pool 30 metres from the apartment with changing facilities and showers. Pretty gardens with seating areas and lighting around the pool.

Just a quick email to let you know that I have only needed the apartment for the two nights after all. It is very nice, one of the biggest bathrooms I've ever seen in Cyprus! and I have left clean and tidy as I found it with everything switched off etc.
