You will definitely enjoy your stay in this modern spacious apartment on the outskirts of Peyia. The flat is situated on the ground floor of a beautifully maintained complex in a quiet area away from the road yet close enough to walk into the village. You won't be able to resist the sea view en route to the village. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday; the balcony overlooks the pretty countryside and the only sound to be heard is the tinkling of the bells on the goats.
This 75m2 two-bedroom flat is ideal for big families or couples (sorry, no stags or hens). It is very spacious and sunny. It has two separate bedrooms, both with floor to ceiling wardrobes, mirror, bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock, blackout blinds and curtains, one with king size bed, and one with a double AND single bed, giving flexible sleeping arrangements. There is also an inflatable bed and a travel cot and highchair. There are two toilets and two bathrooms, one with a big bathtub with overhead shower and one with a large shower. There is an American style spacious kitchen and lounge with sofa and armchairs, 32in flat screen TV, DVD, and iPod dock..
The apartment is well maintained , it is fully furnished and equipped with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. It has air conditioning*, Washing machine, 32 inch flat screen television with satellite channels, dvd player, stereo, microwave, fridge/freezer, hairdryer, iron, ipod dock and a safe for your valuables. Towels, bed sheets and linens are also provided and beds are made up for your stay.
Peyia Valley is a small complex with large swimming pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, community room, squash court and bowls green onsite. All these facilities are free for the use of guests staying at the site. Very quiet location on edge of Peyia village which has everything needed for a self catering holiday while retaining the traditional village feel.
There are toilets, showers and changing facilities near the pool. We have a store room near the pool that houses our sunbeds, parasol, barbecue and sports equipment. These are for our clients use.
The pool is surrounded by a large patio area and a lovely garden area with colourful blooms including hibiscus and bougainvilla.
In Peyia you can find everything within walking distance, bars, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ATMs, pharmacies. Wifi and Sky sports are available in several places in the village.
The public transport is also excellent. Busses run from Peyia to the beaches at Coral Bay regularly and every few minutes between Coral bay and Paphos. So you can reach all the famous sights very easily. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Coral Bay has 2 clean sandy beaches, one wiith shallow water suitable for small children and one with watersports. There are
plenty of restaurants and cafes and tavernas to suit every taste and budget although Coral bay itself is a small resort of just one street.
*We have a travel cot and highchair for hire at a nominal charge and there is a charge of £25 per week (£40 for 2 weeks) for the use of air conditioning during June, July, August and September.

The Paphos region
South Cyprus is Greek in origin and the climate is Mediterranean. Hot summers, warm spring and autumn, you can ski in the winter/spring. English is widely spoken. The sandy beaches are gorgeous and have shallow waters. There are many historical sites to explore as well as the Akamas Natural Park, a water park, horse riding, golf and everything you could wish for that makes a wonderful holiday destination.
Paphos is a large town with a lovely harbour, waterpark, fort and ancient mosaics and amphitheatre. It also has a Lidl supermarket and plenty of shops including Debenhams and Next. it is possible to ski In the Troodos Mountains in the winter season but this is also a lovely place to visit year round with several small villages nestled among the mountains. Along the coast is Coral Bay, a much smaller resort with 2 beaches, restaurants and traditional villages.
It is possible to travel into North Cyprus on organised trips or using your hire car.
Peyia is a village near to Coral Bay. It retains its traditional character while also having everything needed for holidaymakers. There are a couple of supermarkets, Banks with atms, tavernas serving mezes,contemporary restaurants, bakeries, butchers, etc. Travel via the Donkey Sanctuary to the nearby village of Kathikas en route to the northern fishing resorts of Latchi and Polis. Or go to the tiny marina at Agios Georgios en route to the Zoo and the Sea Caves.
There is a local bus service to Coral Bay which is a small resort by the sandy beach. The beach has a cafe and changing facilities. The water is shallow and perfect for children. The road leading to the beach has restaurants to suit every budget and taste. There are bars where sports can be watched and WiFi is available.
