Newly built, Villa Heureka is situated in the beautiful village of Peyia, approx 15 mins drive from Paphos but more importantly less than 5 mins drive from the sandy beaches of Coral Bay. It is part of a small complex of villas ensuring a quiet and peaceful holiday. Downstairs is open plan, fully air conditioned with a large fully fitted kitchen, living and dining area. Sky Freeview channels on a 37" LCD TV. There is also a hi-fi system, DVD player, utility room with washing machine, guest bathroom and storage room. Ceiling fans and fly screens on patio doors and windows. Upstairs are all 4 bedrooms with air con and fitted wardrobes, all bedrooms have access to a balony. Large family bathroom, master bedroom is en-suite and has a walk in shower.

Outside you have a private pool, BBQ, pool shower, sun lounges and seating for 8. The large patio has landscaped borders adding privacy and colour while enjoying the sun outside. Driveway next to the house big enough to fit 2 cars comfortably. All guests will receive a welcome pack and will be met in Coral Bay by the (British) property manager then escorted to the villa where you will be given a quick tour and explanation of the safe etc. Please check your Junk Box for all email enquiries, I will generally reply within 24 hours.

The Paphos District

The Paphos Region offers the usual to be found in a tourist area, ie lots of beaches, clubs, tavernas but also has various archaeological sites like 'Tomb of the Kings' and the 'Adonis' waterfalls. Explore into the mountains and find a typical Cypriot village that offers amazing hospitality and value for money. Approx a 30-40 min drive will take you to the Secret Valley and Aphrodite golf complex's.

Peyia area

A 2 min drive from the villa will take you to the village centre where you will find local taverns, supermarket, butcher, bakery, banks and a pharmacy. Local attractions include; Adonis Waterfalls, Tomb of the Kings and the natural beauty of the Akamas Penisula. During the months of May through to September you can expect temperatures around 30c with very little chance of rain.

How to get there

Flights to either Paphos(20km) or Larnaca(100km) airports, car hire recommended, book online for better rates.

Air Con is charged at €3.50 per unit per day, total 6 units or €120 per week for all units.

Conditions

30% non refundable deposit required on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to travel plus £200 refundable security deposit. If less than 8 weeks full amout payable on booking. Deposit will be paid back within 2 weeks of departure subject to inventory/breakages check. For long term lets please contact for prices.
Flexible changeover days, depart by 11am, arrival 3pm unless arranged differently on booking.
