Villa Manzanillo is a fantastic, luxury 4 bedroom villa in Peyia, Paphos. Villa Thea has magnificent sea views as its name sugguests especially from the infinity overflow swimming pool. This truly is a luxury villa offering an outstanding vacation location with fully privacy total secluded.

Villa Manzanillo is fully air conditioned and has central heating as well, making it an ideal choice for vacations all year round. With 3 double bedrooms and a twin (one double and a twin are self contained) the villa can sleep up to 8 people.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you may need to prepare a delicious dinner from the local produce and enjoy it with a glass of wine on your terrace or in the spacous and cosy llving area.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 30% is required on booking.

BALANCE:
The balance is due 56 days before the holiday commences.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGES DEPOSIT:
Refundable breakages deposit of £300 is required on booking to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Or take advantage of £25 damage waiver instead of the refundable breakages deposit.

The Paphos region

Villa Manzanillo is located in Peyia on the edge of Paphos. Peyia is situated approximately 15km away from Paphos Town and 3km away from Coral Bay.

Peyia is set in the hills behind the popular Coral Bay and is a short drive from the nicest beach in the area at Coral Bay. It offers easy access to the Akamas peninsula, with its spectacular landscapes, deserted sandy beaches and conservation projects.

Peyia's position guarantees fantastic views of Coral Bay and surrounding areas from almost wherever you happen to be. Ayios Georgios Basilica and the fountains of Peyia, 4.5km from the village, are the ruins of two early Christian basilicas with mosaic floors. Peyia is famous for its fountains in the stone-paved village square.

Villa Manzanillo is approximately 3 km away from St. George Village and 5 km away from Coral Bay with a beautiful 600 meter crescent shaped sandy beach offering a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

Also excellent diving facilties are available at Coral Bay with opportunities visit Amphora Caves and St. George's harbour.

About 1km before Coral Bay is Adonis Falls where you can see a 10ft waterfall cascading into a small pool which you can also swim in.

One of the main attractions in nearby Paphos, is the impressive and extensive collection of mainly Roman mosaics. Thirty four rooms offer a great variety of mosaic displays.

Nearby also is the most popular tourist attraction: The Tombs of the Kings. A number of impressive underground tombs are open to the public. They date from around 300 BC to 300 AD and one or two are very well restored.
