The spacious living area features a working fireplace and is furnished with a modern L-shaped sofa, with entertainment being provided by the LCD television (local channels), DVD player and CD Player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area features a large modern dining table and 10 high backed dining chairs.
The first of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor along with a twin bedroom. One of these rooms has its own en suite shower room and the other has access to the separate shower room located on this level. The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor and this room features a massive private balcony boasting full pool and sea views. The remaining two bedrooms on this level comprise of one double and one twin bedded room, each with an en-suite shower room and private balcony. A TV set is provided in each of the first floor bedrooms and four safety deposit boxes are available for guests use. A baby cot and high chair can also be supplied.
Stairs lead to the basement level where the games room is located which features a pool table (coin operated), card table, selection of board games i.e. Scrabble, Monopoly, Cluedo etc, two comfortable sofas and a cloakroom.

The Paphos District
Once the capital of Cyprus, Paphos has a history that dates back thousands of years. Modern Paphos is split into two parts, the upper part being the old town known locally as “Ktima” and the lower town by the coast known as ‘Kato Paphos’. The upper part of the town contains the main commercial centre, shops and modern museums. The lower part of the town contains most of the historic sites.
Paphos is rich in ancient and natural sites which is reflected in the fact that it is included in the UNESCO list of World Cultural Heritage Sites and many of these sites date back to the Roman ages.
Peyia / Peyia Sea Caves area
The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory. The villas grounds stretch all the way to the waters edge and the sea in front of the villa can be directly accessed (with caution) by smooth sloping rock platforms. If it's an organised sandy beach you prefer, then the Blue flag beach of Coral Bay is only 4 kilometres away. The nearest tavern is within 100 metres of the property with a wider selection of international restaurants, cafes and bars available at Coral Bay , or head into the hillside village of Peyia to sample one of their traditional tavernas and coffee shops. Both the Pafos Bird and Animal Park with it's daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities, are within a 5 minute drive and for nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The town of Paphos with its many heritage sites, modern shopping opportunities and attractive harbour area is approximately a 25 minute drive away.
