About the home

This outstanding property is tastefully and elegantly furnished and equipped to the highest standard.

The spacious living area features a working fireplace and is furnished with a modern L-shaped sofa, with entertainment being provided by the LCD television (local channels), DVD player and CD Player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area features a large modern dining table and 10 high backed dining chairs.

The first of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor along with a twin bedroom. One of these rooms has its own en suite shower room and the other has access to the separate shower room located on this level. The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor and this room features a massive private balcony boasting full pool and sea views. The remaining two bedrooms on this level comprise of one double and one twin bedded room, each with an en-suite shower room and private balcony. A TV set is provided in each of the first floor bedrooms and four safety deposit boxes are available for guests use. A baby cot and high chair can also be supplied.

Stairs lead to the basement level where the games room is located which features a pool table (coin operated), card table, selection of board games i.e. Scrabble, Monopoly, Cluedo etc, two comfortable sofas and a cloakroom.

Air conditioning units are installed in each of the bedrooms, and the living/dining area (9 in total), which are included in the price. Central heating throughout enables this property to be enjoyed in comfort all year round.

Outside the 11 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a substantial sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. The large purpose built barbecue area with built in barbecue and additional sink unit, features a large shaded seating area, perfect for outdoor dining on those hot summer evenings. Immediately surrounding the villa are carefully landscaped areas abundant with colourful and fragrant flowers.

The Paphos region

Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the closest one to the villa being Corallia Bay, the quieter of the two. A little further along the coast is the popular and busy Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments.

For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village.

The Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within the Sea Caves area and only a few minutes drive away. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, approximately 25 minutes away, the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.

For golf enthusiasts there are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 45 minutes drive.

The Peyia / Peyia Sea Caves area

The Sea Caves area is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory. The villas grounds stretch all the way to the waters edge and the sea in front of the villa can be directly accessed (with caution) by smooth sloping rock platforms.

The nearest taverna is a mere 100 metres from the villa, whilst the family oriented resort of Coral Bay is only 4 kilometres away.
