Home description

The interior is decorated in shades of cream, butterscotch and chocolate giving the villa a genuine feeling of warmth, and dark wood and leather combine in the quality furnishings.
The open plan living/dining and kitchen area features a TV (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player. The dining area features a corner fireplace and the extendable dining table will comfortably seat 6. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. There is a separate shower room. A wide curving staircase leads to the first floor where two further bedrooms are located. The exceptionally spacious master double bedroom has en-suite facilities complete with jacuzzi jets in the bath. The further twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Air conditioning units are provided in all 3 bedrooms. A safety deposit box and baby cot are also available. From the impressive curved balcony you can enjoy fabulous views over the swimming pool and across the banana plantations to the rugged Sea Caves coastline.

The Paphos District

Once the capital of Cyprus, Paphos has a history that dates back thousands of years. Modern Paphos is split into two parts, the upper part being the old town known locally as “Ktima” and the lower town by the coast known as ‘Kato Paphos’. The upper part of the town contains the main commercial centre, shops and modern museums. The lower part of the town contains most of the historic sites.

Paphos is rich in ancient and natural sites which is reflected in the fact that it is included in the UNESCO list of World Cultural Heritage Sites and many of these sites date back to the Roman ages.


Peyia / Peyia Sea Caves area

The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory. The resort of Coral Bay with its Blue Flag beach and wide selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars is only a 5 minute drive away or you can head into the hillside village of Peyia to sample one of their traditional tavernas and coffee shops. Both the Pafos Bird and Animal Park perched on the hillside above the villa and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities, are within a 5 minute drive and for nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The town of Paphos with its many heritage sites, modern shopping opportunities and attractive harbour area is approximately a 25 minute drive away.
