Villa Katoe is built in the style of a traditional Cypriot single storey stone village house and is set in a courtyard garden with it's own swimming pool. The villa has views over the Mediterranean and being south facing the pool and courtyard are bathed in sunshine from dawn to dusk.
With 3 en suite double bedrooms, BBQ and large outside eating area and being only a short walk to Peyia village centre, Villa Katoe is the perfect place for an enjoyable, relaxing family holiday.

The Paphos District
Paphos has it all. Rich in ancient history with archaeological sites, mosaics and underground tombs. The pretty harbour, flanked by palm trees, has retained it's charm with plenty of open air tavernas and restaurants where the local food, especially fresh fish, is superb and reasonably priced.
The old town with it's narrow streets, hustle and bustle, is typically Cypriot and well worth exploring. The area boasts 340 days sunshine a year and there are many safe sandy beaches with crystal clear water for all the family to enjoy. The nightlife is excellent with live music in many bars. Within easy driving distance are the Troodos mountains with pine forested peaks and spectacular views.
Peyia / Peyia Village area
The village of Peyia is charming and has a lot of character. It has a friendly atmosphere with good amenities including lively tavernas, restaurants, village supermarkets, banks, a baker, butcher and fishmonger. The Municipal gardens have become very popular for outdoor weddings and the setting is wonderful.
The narrow streets are full of old and interesting stone houses with colourful courtyard gardens.The sandy blue flag beach and lively nightlife of Coral Bay with it's bars and restaurants is only 3km away. The tiny harbour of Agios Georgios is a ten minute drive and here you can buy fresh fish straight off the fishing boats as they come in. Just beyond is the Akamas peninsula, a wild and rugged protected coastline that's just magical and goes on for miles.
How to get there
Paphos is the nearest airport, being approximately 30 minutes from the villa. Larnaca, approximately 2 hours away, also has flights from most airports. Car Hire is recommended - most car hire companies will deliver to the airport. Taxis are also available to and from the airport at reasonable prices.

Further details indoors: The living room has an open fireplace set in the corner and is comfortably furnished. A special feature is the traditional bamboo and timber ceiling which carries on through the dining area and into the kitchen. There is a circular table and seating for six in the dining area and the kitchen is full of character with oak units, granite worktops and a feature clay oven. There are patio doors leading to the courtyard and pool from the living room, kitchen and one twin bedroom and there are cool flagstone floors throughout. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite facilities. The master bedroom is dominated by the Kingsize oak four-poster bed and has an en suite bathroom. The two twin-bedded rooms have en suite shower rooms.
Further details outdoors: For outside living there are plenty of sun loungers, an outside dining table and chairs and a built in BBQ - all undercover complete with ample outside lighting for the evenings.

Villa Katoe is managed and maintained by ourselves. We live a few minutes away and will visit the day after your arrival to introduce ourselves and answer any queries you may have or provide any further information.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required with balance of payment. (To be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection)
