Villa Dionysus is a luxury sunny, south-facing villa located in a very picturesque surrounding within walking distance of Peyia village centre. The Villa benefits from the combination of being located in the traditional Cypriot village of Peyia, which is well served by shops, banks, and some of the most fantastic tavernas & restaurants in cyprus, and only a short (3km) drive to the lively resort of Coral Bay. The local environment is quiet and restful and benefits from the combination of both sea and mountain views. The villa is furnished to a high standard with its own private pool and ample sunbathing area.
When we looked for a holiday home we were very specific what we were looking for, Good weather all year round (cyprus has 340 days of sun), a relaxing location in a traditional village close to the sea, with lots to do nearby.
Villa Dionysus is in a unique location, in a beautiful area, on one of the best islands in the world. We're sure like us, you will want to go back time & time again. Unlike many villas which claim to be in Peyia, you can actually walk to the village centre with its tavernas & shops in 5mins.

The Paphos District
Paphos is the most popular region of Cyprus where the mountains meet the blue Mediterraneanan sea. 340 days of sun with the best climate in Europe. This region is famous for its fertile soil so you will find lots of banana & citrus plantations and many vineyards producing fantastic wines, some of them are minutes away from the villa. The choice of food is fantastic and caters for all tastes.
Peyia area
An exclusive village 8km from the large town of Paphos and its international airport, on the western coast of Cyprus. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the village centre which has an excellent selection of some of the best restaurants & tavernas in Cyprus, there are also supermarkets, banks, bakers, butchers, a take away and a taxi rank…. basically everything you will need on a day-to-day basis. The sandy, blue flag beach and lively nightlife of Coral Bay is only 3km away, offering numerous restaurants, bars, banks and shops.
Peyia is ideally located to enable guests easy access to all of the attractions in western cyprus, most of the attractions can easily be reached within 30mins
We do have our favourites places and we share these with our guests, these are places the ordinary tourist would never find.

How to get there
Due to its magnificent year round climate, you can fly to Cyprus all year from most of the regional and national airports, in winter the sun still shines & the daytime temperature rarely drops below 18 degrees . We recommend www.travelsupermarket.com for low priced flights to Paphos and Larnaca (Paphos is 20 mins, Larnaca 1.5 hours by car).
In addition we recommend prebooking a hire car from www.travelsupermarket.com however there are always local taxis available at the airport - fare should be no more than 45 Euros

It is easy to drive in Cyprus, like us they drive on the left and collecting the hire car from the airport is simple. Its far better to hire a car for the duration of your stay so you can visit the attractions you should pre book this before you go from www.travelsupermarket.com

Further details indoors: Accommodates up to 8 people (6 Adults). It comprises 3 double bedrooms (2 x King Size and 2 x single beds, 1 x sofa bed), 3 bathrooms, large open plan living area and kitchen. From the bedroom balconies you have views of the sea, sunsets and mountains.
The Villa is fully equipped and fully furnished in a contemporary style, providing everything you could need for a comfortable stay; TV, CD & DVD player, washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are air conditioning units in the living area and bedrooms which if required can be activated for a small additional charge.

Further details outdoors: The villa is on a large plot with ample area to sunbathe around the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. Sun loungers, tables and chairs are supplied for outdoor use. As with the rest of the property the patio enjoys view of the sea and surrounding countryside.
Villa Dionysus is only 3km from the well know Coral Bay with its famous gently shelving blue flag beach. The Akamas peninsular located 10mins drive away offers some secluded & deserted beaches.

Conditions
25% deposit payable on booking balance to be paid within 21 days of departure. Guests may have to vacate the villa at 12pm if its a changeover day (we will advise). Guests may not be able to enter the villa until 4pm if arrival is on a changeover day (we will advise). No smoking in the villa.
