The villa offers uninterrupted views due to it being built into a hillside just outside the village of Peyia.It has been furnished to a very high standard with comfort in mind. The top level has three bedrooms, family bathroom and a spiral stair case leading down to a very spacious living room. The other two levels offer shaded terraces and a large swimming pool with sun beds.

The Paphos District
After a short drive along the coastal road from Phaphos you turn inland and drive a short distance through the banana plantations and orange groves up to the village of Peyia. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of interesting houses with colourful flowers and citrus trees. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat, fish and bread in the village or you can take a short drive (10 minutes) down to the popular tourist area of Coral Bay. Here you will be able to enjoy the sandy beaches, water sports, numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
Peyia area
Easy access to Coral Bay, Paphos Harbour, Akamas peninsula, with it's deserted sandy beaches and turtle conservation area, Tsada golf course, many typical Cypriot villages and it is only a 20 minute drive over the hills with breath taking views to the lovely harbour of Latchi. Here you can hire boats and visit the blue lagoon with crystal clear waters.

Further details indoors: The lounge is very spacious has a large comfortable leather corner suite, two setter sofa, TV Satellite, DVD Player, Mini stereo system, patio doors leading out onto a large balcony with table and chairs for 8 people, breath taking views of the sea and also of the swimming pool and landscaped gardens which surround the villa. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and patio doors leading out into a small garden area. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite and balcony and two twin rooms, family bathroom and the entrance hall with it's double oak doors.
