Home description
This modern and luxurious apartment is on the first floor of a smart select building (with a lift). There are only 3 blocks focused around a large communal swimming pool, a delightful area enjoying a lovely sunny aspect that faces towards the sea. The accommodation has been really well prepared and arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the guests. The living area and bedroom has air conditioning (included in the rental) along with ceiling fans to gently circulate the air. The main living area is a spacious light room, tastefully decorated with patio doors leading to a good size balcony, where you can relax and enjoy most meals, your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening… The kitchen area is well fitted and equipped with all one could need and you have a formal dining table with 4 chairs. The sitting area has a double-size sofa bed (so the property sleeps upto 4 people), a television with satellite, DVD player & radio. The bedroom is a generous size twin room (with 2 single beds), has ample built in wardrobes and a door onto the balcony. The bathroom is very pleasant with a shower fitted over the bath. Outside, there is allocated parking for the apartment, somewhere to stop your hire car. The communal swimming pool is a good size sun beds, toilets and shower.

The Paphos District
Located on the lower side of Peyia Village, on the Coral Bay side! You are within walking distance from the great amenities of Peyia. This includes 3 supermarkets, banks, various excellent local taverns, a bakery, pharmacy, gym, etc. Coral Bay is approx 2 km with its popular sandy beach and water sports. You will also find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops etc. Beyond the scenic Sea Caves and St Georges area one can discover the beautiful, unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, like a National Park and hosts the famous turtle reserve on Lara beach! Paphos is only a 10 minute drive, where you have the old town with markets and the harbour (Kato Paphos). Both areas have a variety of Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. In the region you have many tourist attractions and facilities, including the ancient mosaics and tomb of the kings, a water park, go-karts, horse riding, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, fishing and much more… Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
