The penthouse is situated in a small block of only 11 apartments. Situated on 1st floor, the lounge leads to a small balcony ideal for bistro breakfast (bakery 2 mins walk away serves hot freshly cooked bread each morning), imagine freshly brewed coffee to get you in the mood for your day ahead.
The bedroom is large with a 5ft handmade cast iron bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
From the lounge, take the marble staircase to an amazing private roof garden, really large with coastline views to die for. I have provided ample garden furniture here including a barbeque to enable you to enjoy outdoor living at its best.

The Paphos District
Peyia is a stunning village just a 10min drive from Paphos, great climate 300 days of the year, Paphos offers so much, from historic site visits, scuba diving, sailing, to name but a few. You are within 25 min drive to the islands 3 golf course should you want a game while in Cyprus. I am a member of Tsada and Secret Valley Golf clubs so will be able to organise a round of golf, don't ask me to play with you, I am a beginner ( 36 handicap, sad!!)
Use the apartment as a base to visit this special island, we have produced details which are available at the apartment for daily outings should you wish to visit places like Lara beach where the Turtles nest, a special site, or maybe a walk on the Akamas, this area is approx. 20 mins away and really good for your soul to view the Nature reserve, just in case you were thinking of a picnic, I have supplied a picnic basket to take you on your way !
Peyia area
The village itself, offers a cluster of top quality tavernas, good wine bars and great opportunity to mingle with the locals. Within 15 mins of the village you can access Paphos for the regularly music festivals, they are listed monthly. The harbour at Latchi is a must for sailors and fishermen amoung you. Beautiful and peaceful area of Akamas is just a 5 min drive from the apartment.
How to get there
Flights from any UK airport to Paphos, upon arrival, you can take a taxi to the apartment (20 mins drive) or have a hire car ready for your collection. I am happy to organise car hire for you, or indeed arrange for your own personal taxi to take you to the apartment.
