On the overall approach to Iliada 1 you pass orange and lemon trees plus colourful Cyprus flowers, located at the end of a private road you have stunning mountain and sea views all around you. With covered parking for two cars plus 10 x 5 private swimming pool and tiered garden area the outside space is excellent. On entrance through the front door you have large open plan kitchen with all the kitchen appliances you would need plus dining table and seating for 6. The lounge has large comfortable leather sofas, television, dvd player and music centre and patio doors to veranda outside. Completing the ground floor is twin bedroom with en suite and cloakroom. On the first floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and twin bedroom with family bathroom which both have patio doors to the upstairs balcony.

Outside you have a tiered grassed garden area and a fantastic 10 x 5 swimming pool. With sun loungers, umbrellas, patio tables and chairs plus of course a BBQ you can dine alfresco or just relax in the sunshine.
The villa has two verandas one upstairs and one downstairs where you can sit and relax whilst viewing the fantastic sea and mountain views.
