On the first floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and twin bedroom with family bathroom which both have patio doors to the upstairs balcony.

Located between Coral Bay and Peyia the villa offers peace and quiet in tranquil surroundings yet is within easy reach of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.

Coral Bay has a fantastic beach area and offers many water sports such as diving, boat trips and water skiing. Approximately 10 minutes drive away you will find horse riding, water park, bird and animal park, crazy golf, golf courses and many more interesting place to visit for young and old.

The villa is airconditioned throughout for your comfort which is at no extra cost.

With sunloungers, umbrellas, patio tables and chairs plus of course a bbq you can dine alfresco or just relax in the sunshine. The villa has two verandas one upstairs and one downstairs where you can sit and relax whilst viewing the fantastic sea and mountain views.
