The townhouse/ villa is part of a modern development called Desire Gardens, situated in the foothills of the traditional village of Peyia. It is ideal if you are looking for a Family Holiday Villa in Cyprus and it's in an elevated prime position with excellent Mediterranean sea views. It is of a good size with its own private garden to the rear, spacious 2 bedrooms which are on the lower ground floor and are cooler than having upstairs bedrooms and of course quieter for the long lie ins! Sleeps 6 comfortably, recently had some new furniture and replaced some soft furnishings. It comes with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. There is an additional WC on the ground floor level ideal for guests and children alike. It is adjacent to the largest communal pool in Peyia.

The Paphos region

The region is adjacent to the protected area of the Akamas Peninsula which has unspoilt beaches and is home to visiting turtles who come to lay their eggs, it is an area used by migrating birds twice a year. Very popular by bird watchers in the cooler months.

Peyia was once a sleepy farming village but has developed along side Coral Bay as a popular destination for families and people of all ages, close to the beach and nightlife, the village has all you would want and has developed slowly to meet the demands of a modern tourist area.
