The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living room has a colour TV with Satellite, DVD player and mini hi-fi system.
The living room has a double leather sofa bed and leather sofa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and granite worktops.
The dining area has a dining table, which seats four people. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower/bath and access to the large balcony. The twin bedroom has two single beds with access to the rear balcony. On the large balcony you will find a table, chairs and parasol.
Salacia Gardens luxury development has secure parking and a heated communal swimming pool with changing rooms, showers, toilets and sunbeds with parasols.
The apartment is in a quiet location with easy access to the Troodos Mountains and the famous Akamas Peninsula which is a short 10 minute drive away. The apartment is close to all amenities in Peyia and Coral Bay which include banks, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and lovely communal gardens.
Paphos harbour is approximately 18km and the wonderful harbour at Latchi is a 30-minute drive away. There are two championship golf courses within a short distance and there is a large waterpark in Paphos.
Both Paphos and Coral Bay have extensive water sports facilities including: water skiing, paragliding and many other water activities. Other activities including cycling, horse riding, go-karting and fresh water fishing can be found locally.

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure booking. A refundable deposit of £75 will be added to the total balance and will be refunded within two weeks provided the key is returned and there is no damage or any breakages. The total balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Strictly no smoking.

The Paphos region


Paphos is the capital of Cyprus' western region. Paphos consists of two areas: the coastal resort area (Kato Paphos) and the town itself (Pano Paphos) which is slightly inland. Among its attractions are its ancient mosaic floors, its beautiful old harbour, its modern hotels and restaurants, situated along the seaside promenade.
Other sights include an archaeological museum, the Byzantine castle of Paphos, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paul’s Pillar and the Temple of Aphrodite (the goddess of love and beauty).
The climate of Cyprus makes the summer months a popular time for tourism in Paphos, when temperatures reach easilly into the mid 30 degrees celcius every day. However the cooler winter months make walking and cycling ideal activities, especially further away in the mountains.
The main shopping lane, which runs parallel to the beach promenade, is the ideal tourists' marketplace.Paphos is one of the main tourist spots in Cyprus. The sun shines all day long in the radiant town. Located in Paphos is the gorgeous Coral Bay, a beauteous beach with soft sand and deep blue water, a perfect place for water sports.
The Peyia area
Situated in the foothills of Paphos, Peyia is a short drive from the nicest beach in the area at Coral Bay. Peyia is a very typical Cypriot village. An ancient church overlooks its centre, while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses each with their own style of gardening! The village is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas where you can eat at a fraction of the cost you would find in the main tourist areas. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores. Well worth a visit.
Peyia is well situated for exploring the western side of Cyprus. It offers easy access to the Akamas peninsula, with its spectacular landscapes, deserted sandy beaches and conservation projects. Be warned though, there are limited facilities in this area and even if you are going on a guided tour or jeep safari please take sun creams and water with you.
To the north of Peyia, many roads meander through the hills and then down to Polis and Latchi. These take you through acres of vineyards in steep valleys with some outstanding views to the Troodos Mountains and on to the coast and Aphrodite's Baths.
A fantastic day out is to hire a boat at Latchi and go to the blue lagoon. It is reputed to be the best swim in Cyprus.
Another great day is drive to Lara Bay and see the turtle nests and swim in the magnificant bay.
