Brand new 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned / heated first floor apartment. A large double balcony (half shaded) allows for both al fresco dining & is a sun trap with sun loungers for sun worshippers, who can catch the rays from mid morning to sunset. The apartment offers some of the most spectacular views of the coast and surrounding area, you can sit & watch the sun go down - hence the name 'Sunset Apartments'. Finished to a high standard this property has the best of everything! Close to the village centre of Peyia, with all its amenities and shopping. The beaches of Coral Bay and Sea Caves are only a short drive away. Only 25 mins drive to Paphos harbour. A water park, go-karting and historical sites are all within a short distance. There are two swimming pools, the larger one is 15m long, both have WC, shower and washroom facilities adjacent . Free allocated parking space is included. The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 30 mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills 40 mins drive.

The Paphos District
Travel: Paphos International Airport is 20 mins drive, the taxi fare approx CY£20 - £30 depending on time of day. Taxi from Larnaca is CY£55 and takes around 1-2 hours. Buses travel from the village at frequent intervals and are very cheap. Car hire, whilst not essential is recommended if you want to see all the island has to offer. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.
Distances: Peyia village has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within 1 kilometer of the apartment. The majort resort area of Coral Bay is within 5 minutes drive. The motorway system links all areas of Cyprus and are very congestion free.
Peyia area
Coast/Beach: Coral Bay beach and resort town is only 5 minutes drive. To get away from the crowds, there are more isolated beaches within 15 minutes drive.
Golf: The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment: Tsada 30 mins drive, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills 40 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
Special interest holidays: Scuba diving in the crystal clear waters. Trekking in the Troodos Mountains, shopping in Nicosia, numerous historical sites, water sports, it's all here! and with an estimated 340 days of sunshine a year... any time is a good time to visit.
How to get there
There are many direct flights from most UK airports to Paphos and Larnaca airports.
Paphos airport is approx 20k away - a 20 minute drive, Larnaca airport is 90k away - a 2 hours drive.
easyJet are starting cheap flights from many UK airports to Paphos commencing 31st March 2008.
jet2.com are starting fligth from Leeds Bradford to Paphos commencing May 2008.

Further details indoors: Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, two sets of drawers, safe, hairdryer & mirror.
Twin bedroom: The twin bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, a set of drawers & mirror.
Sitting room: The sitting room provides comfortable seating for 4/6. There is a bed settee which converts to a double bed & is 6' 6" long for the taller members of the family. There is also an occasional table, 20" LCD TV with selected satellite channels, a DVD and CD player, plus a large mirror.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, clothes airer & pegs, quality utensils, crockery & glassware.
Bathroom: The bathroom has bath/shower combination with shower curtain. There is also a WC and a wash basin with mirror.
Balcony: The apartment has a large double width balcony. Half of which is under cover & provides al fresco dining with a large oblong table & 6 chairs. The other half is open, with 2 sun loungers & receives sunlight from mid-morning until sunset & is a real suntrap!
General: All rooms have dual (cooling/heating) air conditioning units. Suitable for families or couples. Smoking permitted only on the balcony. Bedrooms and lounge have voiles & curtains. A safe is provided for your valuable possessions. For a small additional cost we can provide: highchair, cot, baby seat etc - please ask. The apartment contains the following appliances and facilities: Hob, oven and microwave. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine. Iron/ironing board. Flat screen LCD TV with selected satellite programs. DVD/CD player.
Further details outdoors: There are 2 Communal Swimming Pools: The smaller children's pool is adjacent to the apartment. The second larger pool is 15metres long and is sited in front of the other apartment block and is surrouded by grass lawns for sun bathing. There are WC, shower and washroom facilities by both pools. Free parking spaces are available.
Please note the apartment is set into a hillside & is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Conditions
Apartment booking options can be held for 5 days. After which a £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £100 will be required along with the final payment. This will be returned within 10 days of the holiday unless the management company report any damage or excess cleaning requirements.
