The apartment itself enjoys a spacious lounge area with leather sofas and Silver TV (with Satellite), a breakfast bar area next to modern kitchen with beech units, black granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom and 2 double sized bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and glass blocks as features, the master having a king-sized bed and the other which opens out on to the terrace being a double.

The apartment is close to the large 12m x 6m commual pool with has good space for sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone to enjoy. There is a small splash-pool for children too.

**Please note that this property can be accessed at any time after 3pm on the day of arrival. You will be met by the property manager. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis. Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials for your arrival.**

The Paphos region


Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and boasts a pretty little harbour and plenty of open air cafes and bars. Further inland is the old town of Paphos, known by the locals as Ktima. With its narrow streets, hustle and bustle, covered market and typically Cypriot atmosphere, it is well worth a visit. As a consequence, Paphos is on UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage list.
Cyprus is famous as the birth place of the goddess Aphrodite, Venus in Roman mythology. She is known as the Ancient Greek goddess of love and beauty. Legend says that she emerged from the sea at Aphrodite’s Rock in a surge of sea foam.
The Peyia area
The development is set on the hillside within the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10 minute walk away. Full of atmosphere, Peyia offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and a variety of quaint tavernas for all tastes. Peyia provides residents with a warm welcome and a real taste of Cyprus while being only a mile from the blue flag beach resort of Coral Bay, which boasts the best beaches in this unspoilt corner of the country.

''We had no complaints about the property at all, very good value for money. We have been having villa holidays for about 6yrs now and have never experienced a bad one yet, but we always book through a repuable company like yourselves. Loved the location, (very peaceful) having stayed in Peyia a few years ago a lot further up the hill, we much preferred this one. We had a wonderful Meze at Peyia Tavern in the village, but we hadn't booked, I would advise booking. We did have a meal at Paphos harbour but found it very expensive, maybe because of all the tourists. We drove to Lara Beach, but spent most of our days around the villa pool. We have been very satisfied with your service, Steve was a great help with all my emails! (sorry). Thanks again for a wonderful holiday."

''I would highly recommend this Villa which is an ideal home from home. The pool and garden area are excellent and look just as the pictures on the internet. The area of Peyia is very quite and relaxed but has all the facilities needed and Coral Bay is only a few minutes away by car. The service from the Villa rental company from first booking through to the meet and greet was 1st Class. Even though our flight was delayed by four hours they were there waiting for us to arrive at the apartment. The apartment is well laid out and the bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable having a memory foam mattress. Because the garden and Villa were so nice we ate in most evenings but we would highly recommend Peyia Tavern which has excellent food at a good price and also the last Castle if you want beautiful views and good rustic food. Overall a very good holiday and we will hopefully be returning soon."

"Spent fourteen days at aparment in September. Good accommodation, very peaceful. Private pool and garden were excellent. Good location near to Coral Bay and close to village. Nearby restaurants were good. Bakeries were excellent and mini mart had most things you would want.''

"This is a lovely apartment with views over Peyia and the hills. We stayed there for 3 weeks and it felt like home. It is very clean and the garden is lovely, the gardener and the pool man come twice a week. Its in a good location with Peyia village just 2 minutes in the car where there are several restaurants, banks and a supermarket. Coral bay is a 5 mintue drive and Paphos 20 mintues. The agents are very good, I had a problem with my air conditioning and someone came the same day and sorted it out. The whole complex is lovely, quiet and clean and the residents near by friendly and helpfull. I will definitely go back "

"Holmes Place (Vince's Villa) is quiet & private splash pool is a nice bonus.The Villa is very spacious & well equipped. The village of Peyia has adequate Taverna's & Supermarkets.The beach at Coral Bay is nice & the water clear & warm. If you need airport transfers it is well worth contacting Steve & get him to arrange Andy to collect you (we could not of had a warmer welcome on our first visit to Cyprus nor more help in leaving as we had a midnight flight the guy was terrific).We will certainly return to Vinces Villa at Holmes Place in the not to distant future. "
