Vanessa is a great complex for family holidays. The apartment looks over the pool and sun lounge area making it ideal for children. It is also only a 20 minute walk/ 5 minute drive to the local bars,restaurants in the Village. Coral Bay is only 5 minutes in the car and it has the closest and biggest beach where you will find plenty of water sports. The kids will love it.
The apartment is fantastically furnished with everything you need for a great self catering holiday. .The balcony over looks the pool and is furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs There are 3 communal swimming pools, two outside and one indoors where you can find the gym, sauna and jacuzzi bath. The main swimming pool also has a hot tub at the side.

The property is fully air conditioned and has a spacious open plan living area. The living room is furnished with a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa , dining table and 4 chairs, Satellite TV, DVD and stereo system. The Kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, and microwave. There is a shower room and toilet and a good sized bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a vanity unit, air conditioning and fans.
Whilst the apartment can sleep 4 it does involve the use of the 3 seater sofa bed.

The apartment has its own covered parking area just outside the front door.
A non refundable holding deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The balance plus a refundable £100 security deposit is payable six weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. If booking within six weeks of departure the full amount plus £100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. The security deposit (against loss of keys, breakages and damage to the apartment) will be refunded within 14 days of your return.
Vacating the apartment - if it is not booked then you may stay until you leave for the airport at no extra charge. Please enquire when booking.
The Paphos region
For those of you that have never visited Cyprus, Paphos is situated in the western peninsular of the island. This all year resort boasts an average of 340 days of sunshine a year and virtually zero rainfall from April to November making it an ideal destination for summer and winter holidays. The Cypriots are friendly and welcoming. English is widely spoken and cars are driven on the left as in the UK.
For those of you that have visited Cyprus before there are many trips and activities available. One of these trips could be a daily jeep safari to the Akamas National Park to see 'Turtle Beach' where the protected Greenback turtles lay their eggs, the Akamas Gorges, Adonis Falls and the sea caves. Full details of all the Islands activities will be provided in our apartment information pack.
For the golf enthusiasts there are three golf courses within easy reach of Paphos.

Fishing - fresh and a sea water is nearby and a suitable license will be provided.
In the Troodos Mountains (60km) there are plenty of picturesque villages as well as ideal conditions for mountain biking, hiking and also skiing during winter months.
Peyia is an idyliic Cypriot village. In the centre of the village stands the majestic church which towers over the village square and its beautiful gardens. A selection of tavernas offer local cuisine to suit everyone's taste. Banks, supermarkets, cafes, fruit and vegetable shops, butchers, bakers and the fishmongers are always on hand to accommodate your self catering requirements during your stay. The village is very traditional and interesting.
Coral Bay is the nearest and best beach in the area and is only a five minute drive or bus ride away. It offers everything you would expect to find in a modern holiday resort and the beach itself has recently had a complete makeover with new toilets and amenities and has attained the coveted Blue Flag award for its cleanliness.
There are other villages nearby which are also well worth a visit, including Kathikas, Tala, Emba, Chlorakas and Kissonerga, which all have their own Cypriot traditions.

"Perfect and peaceful"
We booked to stay here as we wanted a modern clean apartment with washing machine and microwave as we had small children. The apartment was lovely and complex perfect, we had hired a car and to be honest you needed it here, although situated in Peyia it was quite hilly, coral bay 5 mins by car, paphos centre approx 20 mins. The complex was peaceful and quiet although there was one group of cypriot lads renting who were up all night partying and messing about at the pool but after only 2 nights they had left from speaking to other guests they had been asked to leave. On arrival we met a friend of the owner who was very welcoming and had come to check we had settled in and if we needed anything, we also met the local rental agent and again very helpful. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
