Only a 10-15 minute stroll, and you are in the heart of the village where you will find and can enjoy the many traditional and modern bars, restaurants and tavernas as well as all the other local amenities on offer.
The apartment benefits from a large balcony which is 7m x 7m at widest points and enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of the green surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean sea. The Paphos District
Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.
In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.
Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (4km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
<p>Heading North by car, you can find the route to Kathikas, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way.
An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
Peyia area
The development is set high on the hillside, above the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10 minute walk away and even that is mostly downhill. (A taxi will be very cheap back up the hill if you have overindulged in the village and don’t fancy the walk back!).
The apartments are only ten minutes drive from Coral Bay resort with all its cafes, bars, restaurants and other entertainment as well as one of the best beaches in Cyprus. You are twenty minutes from Paphos centre and forty minutes from Paphos Airport.

The kitchen is open plan to dining area and is fully equipped with appliances to include oven, hob and hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.
The Master Bedroom has a smart wicker style king-sized bed with bedside units and fitted wardrobes. Patio Doors lead out on to the balcony where breakfast can be ebjoyed while watching the view. The bright Second Bedroom has 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath, shower, WC and Wash Hand basin. Most rooms have Air-Conditioning units, windows fitted with curtains and comfortable furnishings for your convenience and relaxation. The development has 2 communal pools, private parking and stunning views from most areas.

"What a beautiful apartment. The views are spectacular from the extremely large balcony and it is very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from it all but still be within driving distance to lots of things to do. I would recommend a visit to The Sea Caves, the Kykkos monastry and Coral Bay beach. The village of Peyia is quaint and has all the facilities you might require - supermarkets, banks, restaurants etc. A car is definitely advisable."
